Hey, cool report. I would give it a seven out of ten just because Heartcutter lost, but that was really good! About a 9.8, I'd say. It's great to see Arbiters in real games, too.

| Ok, Talon, think what you want. Ask Heartcutter what happened. And as for NOBODY beating Heartuctter--he's a much better playing than I, admittedly, and would wreck me in a 1v1 (as he did in our first game), but he's not invincible. I'm assuming there's a reaosn that he's not in tourneys like Maynard or Agent 911 or Grrrr... He can and has been beaten. Ask him--I don't think he'll lie. |

Oww.. Simply put, goliath thunder is evil. Still, as JV said, it's an anti-air strat. Once those dragoons were on the ground the advantage is over.
Very great report and good playing. I loved the usage of arbiters and hallucinations.
Btw, so what if this is legit (probably is. Heart did say he was going to try out G.Thunder). Why do the greats HAVE to win, and so what if they don't? The players utterly rocked in this game (including the two that got hit early...kind of hard to own when you are desperatly searching for cash :P) and that's what matters. Great game and rocking report.
Btw, I'm wondering if there's a way to switch up G.T. like how HM can switch to Deep six. If they are going ground, perhaps changing to heavy tanks w/ goliath support, like dropping the normal HM on the enemy. Another might be that if they went dragoon+drops then you can use goliaths till you can get an exp up, then switch to wraiths or valks; the idea being that you take air control before the protoss can (upgraded wraiths can kill unupgraded corsairs in truth).
Bah, but I'm just throwing ideas out; I havn't been able to find enough dire games to try ANYTHING out :/ |

Great game... :)
It was a total blast. Something over an hour.
My partner was a little out of practice on that game, as he stated a couple of times. I did learn a few great things though, that I will apply next time I use goliath thunder. The main significance will be to station the goliaths directly on the edges of the island. I had them stationed centrally pretty much everywhere, and it wasn't doing enough good.
We needed to hold the islands I cleared off. Had we done that, the outcome may have been different.
And, my lack of sci vessels. I shoulda built some (had none, the entire game). Dropships are SOOO expensive in terms of gas that they were hogging it all up, and not allowing me SV's (damn those scourge).
Great game. But I won't be so easy next time. Hehe.

| Loved the report! It was on one of my favorite maps and the game was simply intense even in the reading. I can't imagine what it was like to play. Keep these awesome reports coming the strats us average players pick up in simply enormous. |
