No, nevermind what I said up top. It is true that skill is imbalance, but there a few little things that bug me. =]
Here is a repost of a post on balance issues...
1.08 <B>must</B> changes...
Dropship acceleration should be slightly increased, but NO speed increase. Why no speed increase? Because a speed increase would let terrans have more mobility, and thus having an even stronger land game.
The Dark Templer cost and supply and supply is just fine as it is... but, what kind of weed was blizz smoking when they made the damage 40 NORMAL! In Beelzebub's name, a fairly low tech level infantry unit being able to kill a ling/marine in 1 attack? Lol. The damage of a DT should either be 35 normal, 34 normal, 40 explosive, or 40 concussive. And +1 or +2 per weap. upgrade. I'm not sure which damage would be the best because of more balance issues...
The Corsair, the speed, acceleration, gay web mana cost and damage are all just fine, but one thing makes me quite mad. The area and duration that the disruption web takes up is fucking ridiculous! A huge web that lasts for 60 seconds and engulfs like 20 marines/15 hydras/8 goons is ludricous. The spell should just be big enough to disable 2 cannons/2 turrets for 30-40 secs. if it is cast right between them. (And the cannons/turrets are snug tight).
Other notes, if lockdown were changed to 75, that would so screw up the terran/terran or terran/toss island game very badly. A ghost being able to cast 3 lockdowns? lol. That would not work, and the same with someone saying that marines should have 7 damage. LOL! I'm guessing 99.9% of the players would switch to playing terran just because marines would own the early game SO HARD. Other than these, some posts were pretty durn good.
If you disagree with me on any of this, make sure you back it up thougtfully. Give an example as well to prove me even more wrong.

Storm = mana 75 draws no comment from Sonneillon. But, lockdown = mana 75 is overpowered?
Storm is 10 times the spell lockdown is. Moreover, except for tweaking vultures, there are *no* other ways of changing the balance in toss / terran without hurting zerg against terran, *except* for tweaking lockdown. |

Storm may be gay, but I can't think of any way to change it without screwing over Protoss.
Make the area smaller, hydras/lings will give you lots of grief. etc etc.
Oh yeah, I forgot. If lockdown range was increased by one, I would be a happy goat. Why? Because carriers usually splatter the ghost before he can fire. (I usually see that Protoss players like to target Ghosts over Goliaths when the Gols are not at critical mass). =]

AHEM! How the fuck did Hostile~SCV get an 8.0 and me 7.0? His BR was semi cool and had some comedy in it but it was tacky and the Toss totally dominated.

And as for the guy who thinks he can balance Protoss, you must not realize that Protoss is the weakest race in the game. Protoss is so easily dominated by Zerg that it's almost unwinnable, and terran and zerg both have very
winnable matchups.
The problem with the Dark Templar is not damage, it's that it forces you to build differently just to counter a unit that may or may not ever be built in the game. I think the Dark Templar screwed up Protoss vs. Protoss, and not Protoss vs. Terran.

On maps with a ramp, a pylon (beside the ramp), shield battery and two goons on hold position can hold off a DT for a little bit. Untill the observer from your early Rob Fac arrives anyways.
Give me some examples, and I'll be a happy goat.
