Ouch. I couldn't see a single pic.
It sounded like the players were very new to BW, or they spent their entire BW "careers" on BGH. Your commentary on the game shows that you're still very early into learning about the game as well.
There's nothing wrong with being early on the learning curve, even if some of the comments which may follow this post try to convince you otherwise. But, its kind of difficult for many of the regulars here to read this kind of BR without wincing at least a few times, I suspect, at the newbieness of it all.
If you can play guitar like Eddy Van Halen, its just plain unpleasant to listen to somebody just starting out who can't put together more than a few simple chords.
There's not many "Eddie Van Halen's" of BW here, and I'm definitely not one, but many of the regulars are much further up the learning curve than either you or the players in this game.
I don't mean to discourage you, but I would recommend that you might stop by www.starcraft.org to check out their strategy guide to help out your game. Also stop by www.nukewinter.com/sc to see my (one and only) contribution to the SC community about how newer players can improve their BW macro skills (under the name elvencrystals, "macro with zerg"). |

Out of curiousity, I checked to see the source of your pictures. For some reason it did not surprise that it was angelfire.
First thing you should do, get your pics over to Geocites/tripod/etc.
Second thing, rewrite this WITH A LOT more detail. Simple as that.

than after that attack is thwarted, Kane came up with a very Cunning counter.
He diecided to send all of his drones from his main to attack. The drones at his Expansion still mined but the rest were dead.

Ovinder: he neglected to mention that I was in the game to be gay. That was my whole point to the game. To come up with amusing strats and implement them. Like in the first game, I did an extractor trick and planted my hatchery at the 12 main. It was never even noticed at all. I attacked him with my first six lings, wiped all of his probes off the map. He countered with roughly 3 zlots, but I had a couple sunkens in my mineral line. Since he had jack shit for economy, I decided to whack him back with drones, but my timing was off and my lings showed up too late.
In the 2nd game, I just did extremely weird stuff. Like I went first corsiars to whack ovies, then dark archons for maelstrom. Funny thing is, those tactics worked :) I froze several ovies to allow my cannons to kill them, and I did a strom and storm raid on his 6 nat. Only to kill 1 drone. :(
I had expanded to my natural, my min only, 12 main, and 12 nat to his 6 main, 6 nat, and lower right island. Since I had so many resources it was like a bgh game, it was either arbiters or archons :)
Anyways, there was a lot of info I know he saw but he didn't put in. Neo, next time, take a few days, write the br on a different program, and just keep revising and reediting. That's why my first br flopped, cause I wrote it in half an hour and it was barely coherent.
And I couldn't see the pics :( I wanted to see the pics dammit! ;) |

The only person I claimed *wasn't* the same to BW as Eddie Van Halen is to the guitar is *me*. I'm sure Mark4 and several others who stop by regularly are excellent players if you say they are. |

Neo, this report really sucked, ok? You didnt describe the games acurately, and even though I was fucking around and sucked during both of those games, you made it look like we were actually both total newbies. Those games were so stupid and one sided they shouldnt have even been BRed to begin with. |
