Nice report SCV. It does demonstrate nicely how decisively teching past melee can turn the game. I don't think I've seen unicorns in a report or replay until now, but that's a perfect way to use them.
Unicorns are fast, well ranged, can't be engaged by melee units (but they can by strike troops, like Treants), and can teleport. The cost reflects their usefulness though.
