I've got MS Paint but it's screwed up somehow. It has problems with some pictures.
I'm using Paint Shop Pro 7 (it's free! well free trial period). But I'm still learning how to use it. It's an a**hole at times.
Banners are a problem, that's why I had that ugly ass gif title pic. |
