Nice br, but the game was not so good--way too one-sided. My main suggestion if you going to br a game, you should know precisely why you are doing so. There should be something in the game to interest the reader. As it was, I liked your writing, but the game itself was nothing special.

lol wasn't even thinkin of gettin quoted. I just knew that it was a bit one sided, and tried to make up for it with jokes. I'll do less of that next time if more people agree that it detracted from report.
Also i do have a problem with reporting one sided games, =(. It didn't feel one sided, and i tried to portray that. After each attack failed to get up the ramp, i was sure he would counter and kick my ass. And when the reaver came out i thought i was dead. I got lucky there being able to take him out. very lucky.
as for pics, yes i know, hehe pics make a difference. But i still learnin html, i was amazed i got those bullets in there right, and the background color changed. that took me a long ass time to do, lol.

hmmm, reread some of that... how the fuck does someone have the micro to beat 8 hydras with 2 goons and 5 probes, but they can't kill 24 lings with 8 goons and a reaver? I think either the details are fuxored or this guy let his little brother take over half way through. lol

Nice writing, the style kept me reading and invisioning the whole game in my mind. The descriptions of battles were very well done, and I didn't notice one grammer error or any words like "good", only skillfully used vocabulary. The only elements that didn't score big were the "Dennis Miller-Like" jokes, along with no pictures. Just stick to your writing without changing subjects, and add some descriptive pictures and you could make a name for yourself.

hehe the_the. First if he had rushed hard i would have built lings. Have you ever rushed someone 12v3 when they 2 hatch in main, especially 11 hatch 11 pool, with 1 sunken which is hard to get to where drones/lings can fight? Zealot rush definetly woulda made it different, hydras slower, but i woulda held initial zealots fine. I don't care if you 7 pylon/8 gate, a zealot rush isn't going to get me when i 2 hatch in main 11/11. =) he just didn't send shit so i didn't need build lings =)
And yah details a bit fuxored. forgot to say that 2 more goons had popped outta gate way when he was running, so it was 5 probes/1 zealot/3 goons vs 8 hydra. and with the reaver/goon attack, he let the goons get ahead of the reaver. the group i had at 12 min only owned the goons while the 8 lings at my min only battled reaver. plus more guys comming in. his micro sucked with the reaver, cause it wasn't right with the goons. i battled them for a couple seconds before reaver even layed down the scarab. it's my bad for not being more clear on that in the br =( sry
and erad and melfuaru, thnx for comments =). hehe i hope that the people that the jokes bothered weren't too bothered by them. I know they were kinda vulgar, but hey that's me =). and gopher, thnx for all the kind words, lol

| you hold by making lings. yes. but it screws you up a bit for sure I'd say. Granted, your lord would still be in his base with two gate zealots and you would make lings ahead of time (you are good enough for that I'm sure), BUT, I still say zealot rush is best thing at 12/3 especially with 1 sunken, it won't do *that* much damage. Anyway, I can see what you are saying about your flank kicking his ass, but I mean if he had a shuttle and payed just enough attention to his goons to run then dance, he woulda done a lot better. And did he scout you real well early, b/c he teched awfully fast for 12/3. How did he know you wouldn't three hatch ling him? Even a haxor can't know what you are going to do when you have only a hatch and pool in main. Maybe he waited a little on the core, I cant remember the details of your report right now, but I still say you got lucky and he sucked. |

Well, for all the people that said this needed to be more of a straight-out report, I disagree. The actual game was terrible, yet the writing was interesting and kept me reading. Even with pictures, a real-deal report on this game would not score the 6 that this humourous one has received. Good work Kaos (not going to spell your name properly because that would make me look foolish) and keep up the good work. If you play a BR worthy game then do it in the regular fashion. If you play a game that you enjoyed a lot or found quite hilarious, do a BR like this one on it.

| that hydra build gets so owned by drag/reaver. ur luckily that guy attacked u and didnt just put drags out and expo. Its nearly impossible to just mass 2 hatch hydras and beat drag/reaver. And 1 last thing, just becuz someone tells u a build is good doesnt mean it works for everything. |

yeah drag/reaver was close to owning it when i played that guy. i'm damn glad he didn't expo. but i also sucked it up, shoulda had speedlings earlier, and shouldn't have fuked up on first attack up his ramp. hydra own slow zealots on ramp, then speed ling own goon. =)
