corb gave the replay to me and we watched the game so he could tell me what was going on. If anything you stole my replay. The only two people that got the replay directly from corb were myself and poa, and the only reason you got it was because i couldnt get in touch with poa to ask him not to give it out. |

nearly every sentence was a run-on and the repor did not flow well. re-read it and tell me you think it was great writing. combine all that with an incredibly confusing, micro-intensive game, and you get an very difficult to read report. |

exactly, it was a micro intensive game, and there were almost always at least three things going on.
With replays now, I felt I had to be _very_ descriptive, so as not draw any criticism from people after they watched the replay and realized I left out when sven scanned corb's stargate.
I usually try to hide when I'm disappointed so I don't come off like a whiny ass, but after spending almost an entire day just doing the pictures for this report, I'm disappointed to recieve an 8. Nothing I can do about it, so whatever happens happens. |

OWNAGE!!!!! This is definetely one of the best games packed with the most action I have seen in a very long time. Just one point though...THE MAP IMAGE THAT YOU PUT UP IS WRONG!!!!! The map was played on NEW Remote Outpost, but the map that you put was Remote Outpost. The difference is that New Remote Outpost has a big empty space in the middle. Besides that, this report is perfect!

Sorry about the comments above, I was taking this way too seriously, it's just something to do in my free time, not a living :[
I can also see why you rated the way you did, there's probably much more pressure on you to try and cover all the angles, since you and Dref are the only two active writers, and because I think once one of you two sees a rating on a report, you read that one last and try to rate all the others that haven't recieved a rating yet.
I started doing BRs just for the ratings, and that's why they've felt like kind of a chore lately I guess, but with hardly any people reading reports any more, it's hard to do them to please :|.

Nice work, although I do agree that the writing was "mashy". Of course, it's hard to strike a balance between detail and action-flow.
Your pics could have used a little bit of compression... even with high speed connections becoming more prevalent, a picture should be worth its weight in Ks -- IMO the pics, while very pretty, didn't justify their file sizes. A few notches down on the JPG compression scale usually isn't too noticeable anyhow.
