not bad, i didnt read the whole thing though. Im gonna warn you that text only/no pic reports dont on average score well, so the posts below me will be 50% flame, 44% 13th!, 5% T_Mac is gay, and 1% Productive comments. BTW Read my HTML Guide under guides, that should help some. :} Keep at it!

Well for one thing. The jokes werent funny. And I didnt know jack about HTML when I did my first BR so dont feel bad but I'm telling you, learn it, it will make your BR's seem alot more alive and pic's would add even better to that. Just make sure you dont have a white bar on the side like I do. =^)

| The writing style was extremely hard to follow. It all seemed very rushed to me (run-on sentences) and, as said above, none of the jokes were funny. More detail would also be appreciated. |

Ok, you covered the game fairly well. The biggest problem was grammar and spelling. Now, rather than just say that, I'll give you some examples.
1) When using commas, put a space after them.
2) i = annoying. I = professional.
3) Get somebody to proof-read for you, just in case you miss anything. Possibly the other person who played in the game.
Also, learn rudimentary html (at least). If you can colour your text and background, that's 10 times better than no html at all. Pictures would help, but in some cases text works just as well (if not better).

Oh yeah, one more thing. I didn't notice this in your report, but I've seen it happen all too often in other new reporters' works. It's called the multi-word syndrome.
Your = It is yours, it belongs to you etc.
You're = You are. Nuff said.
To = I'm going to the strip club etc.
Two = 2
Too = Also, aswell as etc.
I'm assuming that you know all of that, but I just wanted to make sure. It's probably the most annoying thing in a text-only report.

I would like to thank everybody for their tips and positive feedback, I whas just getting through with Caughts guide to html, so expect a couple more test reports in the future, and eventually a solide html report in the future, once again thanx to all of u people.

| Next time at least use a spelling checker (eg MS Word) before you submit a report. If I weren't so bored I would've stopped reading after finding at least 10 spelling errors during the first 5 minutes of reading. The flow of the report is decent, but more description of battles will help. This is called a BATTLE report afterall. Many useful details were also left out; for instance, tech, buildings, troop choice and the reason behind, etc... |

hmm, new reporter? first try?
ok, not bad. But try to give your story a more cohesive flow. also, if the game you report is too one sided, then it has no interest, unless there is a surprise turnaround ending (no, not a surprise carrier rush of Doom, Gah!) When someone else reads the story it should have suspense to it, unless you are illustrating a strategy or making a particular point. about the only point you made in your story is that your opponent was a bonehead who believed marines could fight Zealots AND cannons at the same time.
the only thing he did right was try to stay ahead on resources. which is another point.. what about the ending scores?
who did what well?
did your opponent have any strat at all?
anyways, better luck with a better game next time and good luck with the html.
