when reading the comments of people, search their reports. That way you know if the people who comment on experience. Now, yellow text on white=bad idea. Game was ok, nothing spectacular. About a fourth of your pictures didn't work. But the text was pretty good for a first. What you should improve on is the quality of the game, and your format. A black background is much more popular than white. Your pictures were actually pretty good for a first try. The text was straight forward and to the point. Overall, great for a first, make more. ALso, ask to observe games in channel clan ~nohunters.

| He wouldn't be anyone you know, it was a public game. Also, is it possible to write on pictures and use mulitple pics in one space like some of the reporters do with just the Paint that windows gives you? |

Good BR. You definitely got some potential. Pretty damn good game, if I do say so myself, and you did a good job of keeping me informed on what was happening. You should try and spruce up the pics a little, and put in a background or at least change the bg color.
It's definitely possible to do that with MS Paint, it usually just looks like shit afterward. You can download trial versions of various photo shops, although I don't have any URL's handy, so you might want to check those out.
Okay, the writing was great for a first-timer, but the pics and layout left a little to be desired. If you work on thos two things, you can be raking in the gold reports easily. For now, I give this a 6.5-7.5

There were a lot of spelling and grammatical errors, but you got the most important thing right, finding a good, close game to make a BR from. What pics that I was able to see were very appropriate. You've avoided another common error, too many pics unrelated to the action. Keep it up!

I create battlereports in an HTML editor first. Makes it easier to change things that suck and stuff.
Also you will have to press the preview button much less.
To change the background u gotta use a table I believe, cuz br.com wont change it if you just change the background of the html document made by dreamweaver for example |

I'm terrible at HTML, which is why I have no reports out. But I think that getting backgrounds on a report would be like getting a background on anything else, wouldn't it? and that in itsself would be bgcolor="color" or if you have a "real" background it would be background="the address of it, or file if you upload it or however everyone does it here". At least I think that's how you would go about doing it, but I'm probly wrong, why not try it out anyways?
