one of the best, most polished battlereports i've ever seen. nearly no english mistakes, everything worked together well, you covered everything (build orders, times, resource counts) perfectly, the flash equivalents of animated-gif were great, and it was FUNNY.

That's awsome. I use Flash too, and I could easily do everything there, and better charcter animations. Not trying to diss you, it was very well done. Ever heard of NewGrounds? I've been using Flash for bout a year and a half. I tryed to do something in Flash once on br (even though it was a shit job) and Mark said that we couldn't have our brs link to a different site, and he deleted it.
I think we need to have a little discussion with Mark4. That either he makes this site Flash compatable, or he lets us have links for that exception. As long as we explain why we have the link, and what it leads to (without lying), I don't see what the problem is.

Anyways, good job. It deserved the 9. Although it really doesn't take as long to make that as everybody thinks it does. There just in awe of an animated br. My guess, 3 hours to make.
Anyways, if this Flash thing passes, we could stretch it out even further, and maybe even have a section for Flash games and movies. Wouldn't that be cool!

FYI, the character animations are based on a crappy web comic that errol! does for the heck of it...it's supposed to be that crappy ;)
And while I've read the other Flash BRs and liked how they kept the serious spirit of the game [much] more than this one, in being one of the obs for this and knowing all of the players, it made it even funnier to see it "acted" out - crap animation and all!
The battle itself really did suck but the layout and BOs / retrospective for this report own the other flash BRs IMNSHO |

Thanks for the names of the 2 people who have done a battle report in flash. I remember thinking "Cool" when I 1st saw it, and wanted some inspiration and tips, you think I could find it though?
How long did it take me? Too long. :) I'm not as talented as you guys may think, so it didn't take me ANYWHERE NEAR 3 hours. It took me a week to do, (however, I do have a 2 month old baby, [yes, I'm old]). I also wanted to make it a bit modular, to make flash reports a bit easier for me next time...

I got to read about half of it before it performed some illegal operation, causing IE to close down. From what I read it could've been a 8-10, but I guess I'll never REALLY know. It's nice to see some good reports come out for the holidays, it's like a little BR.com Christmas present.

Yeah, even though the game was pretty lousy, this is an awesome production. If this had been on a good game, it would have been a no-brainer 10. Still I guess you wont have much trouble making new ones since you've made it modular, so that's promising. =)

It's redudant, but I agree that the flash was amazing, great, and well layed out. Everything made sense, it was easy to tell what's going on... it was just very well done. The game was kind of short and a little bit stinky though.
