Maybe he didn't fully finish the turret. He could've just canceled his SCV, not the turret.

| I've seen a CC wobbling around as it was trying to land. Just kept going around and around until I moved it then set it to land. Another 'just weird' thing... |

| I've also seen a wobbling cc, and also a science facility wobbling in air and it couldn't land until I gave it a different landing destination. |

| That was a Raynor Turret... what he was trying to do was get the Jim Raynor marine unit by building that special turret, picking it up in a dropship and then dropping it off over water. Blizzard put that secret build order in just to counter the Kerrigan Lurker everyone started using. Be wary. |
