A question for the admins of this site --
Is it possible to institute a registration system for the comments section or the Forum that would require you to sign up for a specific account from which you post (I've seen other Forums software with this function, but I don't know if it could be applied to BR comments) to allow for easier management/moderating, deleting offensive posts, banning individuals who violate rules (instead of relying on IP addresses, you could just squelch their account, and any future accounts that pop up), et cetera? I'm just wondering, I have no idea how such things are done.
I don't really mind seeing trolls screw back and forth with themselves on their own fake brs, because those will be deleted soon enough, but when they spoil the legitimate efforts of others, it does bother me.
Just a humble suggestion. |

arg, I typed out a longish sort of feedback thing and exceeded the character limit and lost it .. lemme try again.
Convider, not bad for a first report. As Decay mentioned, next time you'll want to post the images on BR.com and link to them through there so we can actually see them .. you might also consider (if you didn't this time) putting in screenshots of the maps, key points like the trick entrance you mention, and maybe some of the ships and weapons involved, since I for one had never seen/heard of Continuum before. Pictures are nice for solving this.
On a similar note, the lines you used (<hr> I think it is) and the table for the special abilities is kinda ugly... if you absolutely need to break it up with a divider, I'd recommend using a .gif to do it, rather than the automatic thing. It's not a huge knock against your report, but the little aesthetic things do help. |

After you got through explaining the game (which I -think- I understood at least to a degree, although again pictures would've maybe helped, since it's hard to imagine what it looks like in my head), the action itself ended up being pretty short. You mentioned rounds, in the future you might want to consider writing up several short games if there's not enough in one to fill a full-length br.
That said it's not a bad start and with some work I think you could do some good reporting. I'd give this one a 6.5 - 7 for the errors mentioned above, but I think you can easily improve on that in the future.

it doesn't really matter that the pics don't show up because the game really isn't known for it's great graphics.
but if you want to see the game, do a search for subspace or continuum. it's free, and it'll probably download quicker then this BR.

I played the game, and first off...DING DING DING=the most anonying sound you can ever hear in that game.
umm,it was good, I didnt like it, mainly because im a n00b at it,and everything is fast paced,although my favorite ship is the Javelin,mainly because of its TAB attack thingy...aka bomb? ionno..but...its crazy...I like its fast speed thing...
all I do is run around and TRY to shoot people,then I just get blasted and die to one pewny shot from some small spacecraft,while im letting out huge bulking bombs and requiring 2 hits to kill....anyways,I only played 1 game,so im off to discover more |

| some skilled players I meet there can kill me from long distances...radar? if so,how do I activate it,I cant find it on the help menu's...the only way I kill people from long distances is with the...uhh cant remember name...starts with an L...but omg, its attack is so powerfull, I just randomly shot upwards, and next thing it said I killed 3 people. |

radar is already activated... the bottom right of your screen...
if it isnt there, just go to FILE, OPTIONS, and click on RADAR...
the rest should be self explanatory...
And in the right zone, like Extreme Games or Trench Wars, a single bomb could kill about 5 ppl... I did that once :P
TW is the Lost Temple of Continuum, while EG is The BGH...
