First thing first: First comment is from someone with a similar IP so hell ;p
Anyway, report was somewhat... lacking. No pics isn't nececarrily a bad thing, but it requires your writing to actually work. And it doesn't. I'm not much for the way you parted the thing, seemed to destroy any sense of flow that tried to show itself, before being hit by one of your dodgy sentences.

Grammar and format notwithstanding,what bugged me so bad about this report is that you obviously got to see some serious action. Unfortunately, since we aren't watching a highlight reel as we read your report, we have almost no clue what's going on. Don't just skim over the batte, dig deep and show us what goes on.

Don't get discouraged. Most people who've commented negatively probably can't put together something better than this. Also, you might want to check out an HTML guide or jump right to the juice by getting Dreamweaver or FrontPage or something.

This BR didn't say a squat to me. why cutting so much.
you started with a nice comment that the attack probably just wanted to discourage an early attack but after that it went downhill.
this BR can only be described as a very short resume. You can describe a lot more: what time did the first scout go out? etc etc.
After a big battle where both of the combattants have been building up a lot of firepower. The one last standing is the one who usually has more expansions or the ability to build up many troops in short time. I didn't saw any reference to psistorms as well in the last battle. werent they used at all???

Not really. Some negative comments help people. What people view as negative comments is sometimes really constructive criticism.
Some more advice for the reporter:
1. A little more detail in the report. You can't just jump from one place to the next.
2. Maybe you shouldn't call them pros. Especially when you say their main strategies are to outmass each other. -.-
3. Make sure your grammar is correct, and that you don't leave out words such as "it", "then", and "but".
4. Your spacing is too large when unessasary and nonexistant when it is needed. |
