Not bad, not bad. I did notice a few spelling/grammar errors (forgotten end ")" things), etc, but not bad. Thank God for no yellow on white!!! Anyway, sounds like an interesting game.

The only reason I knew what the hell you were talking about was because I've played this game on sick and snow days before. I love this game but its a lot easier to understand with pictures. The Soviet Union should always dominate this game. Always. If you use them, just make nothing but infantry. They defend pretty well, and although only have a 1 and 6 chance of hitting, when you have 50 of them its pretty hard for the enemy to win.
Try pictures. Proofread. Run through spell checker. Proofread again. Wa La. Wouldn't be half bad if not for bad grammar.

Engaging writing is EVERYTHING - it doesn't even have to funny, and for christ sake avoid forcing humour on it.
As for the formatting - keep it black/white or grey, or colours that are relaxing to the eye - CattleBruiser has used some pleasing combos in his last BR's if you need examples. Finally - pictures. Noticed how Dragonsven made a Lego BR hugely entertaining? Amusing pictures are just one way to go about it.
Hope that does it for constructive criticism. |

Well, the report wasn't bad. Actually, at the beginning I was quite enjoying it. You tried to get funny at the end with racial ephitets, but that hurt the report. I'll give it a 5.
P.S. You can indeed do a turn-by-turn report, if your memory is good enough. The more detail the better. |
