I really liked this.
Good writing, and a better game than your last one. It wasn't too flashy but that didn't matter too much.
My only problems were that I didn't like the font (courier new I think) and in a few areas the pictures made it hard to follow.
An 8 at the very least. |

Pictures were very confusing when there were two of them in the same verticle space and with two explainations as well.
Other than that it was good, I especially liked the following quote:

Really enjoyed this. Game wasn't very impressive but the writing was well done. The layout...not so much, but it wasn't really bad.
#8: You might want to rethink that...he didn't make a typo, you make a misunderstando. ;) Adrenal glands increase attack speed; decreased reaction time is a viable way to describe it.
I'd give it an 8...if I had the little rater thingey by my name at least I would. As it is I can't give it anything except for a comment. Heart! |

| Nice! It was a little wide for the screen on my home comp, but it was definately good enough that I didn't mind scrolling back and forth. Great job! BTW #10, yes you can, it's called anabolic synthesis I believe, does the same thing as ling speed. |

| Actually anabolic synthesis only increases the movement speed of ultras, not their attack rate. |

- Good catch on the ultralisk attack speed. My memory must be going.
- Funny thing, in my first draft, I had the zerg increasing reaction time. Proofreading rules!
