Nice account. Zerg vrs zerg is a vicious fight.

Good use of troop counts to add detail. This helped me imagine the fight easier than if you said "A bunch of zerglings attacked a few zerglings and some hydras". You must have taken notes.

I'd agree with Johnny, that even if you have to approximate troops numbers it's better than saying "a bunch of this vs. a smaller bunch of that".

And in the "constructive criticism" category, I'd say re-read before you post to check for flow. Sometimes reading out loud helps. (though it makes people around you look at you funny) =)
