It looks like I'm stealing all the comments, so I thought I'd post one here to let you know that you aren't going unread.

Some guy went Ultralisks vs Zerg on me once... you know what I did? Spawn broodlinged ALL of them. Just a thought.

Not a bad report, consider adding an extra return between paragraphs to add readability, and also think about using bold tags to emphasize key points.

Good report, and good lessons too. Interesting to see Ultralisks actually be useful! ;)

I really do love Ultralisks. They're one of the Zergs most effective late game units, especially with dark swarm. Any BR with Ultralisks turning the tide of a game gets +3 in my book.

I think my favorite game of all time was in a zerg vs. terran on lost temple. I got my natural and proceeded to do nothing but pump zerglings while teching like a mad man to defilers/ultras. You'd be surprised how quick you can reach the top of the tech chart with zerg when you don't use gas on anything but teching. When his tank push finally came it was met by dark swarm and 3/3 Ultras vs. 2/1 marines, not to mention cracklings. *CRUNCH* While this was pure luck that he didn't break out sooner or go air, it was still fun to hear his comments as Ultras and defliers attacked him when he thought I'd been nothing than a hard core ling rusher.

Anyway, nice report (though I think YRM might have stolen your thunder) long live the swarm.

Thanks for the comments guys, though it was a hard act to follow up! Anyhoo, in response to YRM's comments, I will start using an extra line in the future. As for the Queens thing, from repeated scans by Wererhynadon, he was clearly the conventional Zerg, going for massed Mutas and Hydras, but avoiding mage units at all costs. This was also a factor in my attack. Anyway, thanks again for giving me some feedback!

Ultralisk armour is your friend, and the best example is the one-man apocalypse called Torrasque. I have once tried holding him off with terran-fiendishly difficult. Marines don't damage him at all, and tanks have this little thing called minimum range. One thing you've to watch out for are reavers, dts and above all, mc.

PS: Try enslaver 3b and mindcontrol the torrasque- a fresh one will follow in a few minutes. 12 torrasques rule!

Great report, Were-boy! Ultralisks, allusions to the Dead trilogy (which rules, btw!), a decent opponent...what else could you ask for?

??? TT, where's the allusion to the Dead trilogy? I couldn't find it. (You do mean the Bruce Campbell movies, right?) Maybe I'm just blind. If it's there, then that's definetly a bonus point for Weremuppet. Good report overall.

-Ash (yes, THAT Ash)

Patheto, great tip for Enslavers 3b. I NEVER thought of that. 12 Torrasques!

Enslavers 3b with Mind Control? I've never tried the campaign in Brood War myself, but it's pretty tough in vanilla SC. Now if only I could finish off Dark Vengance (As much as I love Antioch, I have to give it to Blizzard for making Dark Vengance the BEST mini-campaign to date)
