Nice effort, good report... I think the reason you might be hard on yourself about it is "polish", but I have to agree with everyone here in that it's a great first report. My first two reports were far from what they are now.
Also, like everyone here said, there should be something intriguing about the game that makes it worthwhile to post... even if it's a short game. Good job picking this game and good effort in reporting. Keep it up.
It wasn't until about report three or four that I started to develope my own style, you'll really see a difference once you get comfortable with the whole process... and considering how good this "first attempt" was... well, you get the idea. |

| Side note. My current round of choice for my .357 is a hydra-shok jacketed hollow point. The cool thing about it is that in addition to the normal hollow nose, there is a little post in the middle that gives great energy transfer and causes it to spread as much as .45 round on impact. plus the 1100 FPS muzzle velocity is much higher than a .45. anyway TRD, you're always welcome to stop by for a practical lesson in ballistics =]. |

A fight between TRD and Mark4 would go something like this:
Mark is at his computer, reading YRM's latest battle report. While laughing at the latest comparisons of Protoss robot-speak to Korean, he ponders the imbalance that would be created if Terran Marines were armed with thermite grenades and a futuristic version of the twentieth-century LAW (Light Antitank Weapon). He hears an impatient knock at the door, and answers it in a bored manner. It's those damn Jehova's Witnesses again, he thinks. He is carrying his .357, prepared to scare the annoying bastards off once and for all.
He opens the door, and much to his surprise and amusement, stands TRD, carrying an aluminum ball bat. TRD lunges inside and makes threatening motions until he spots the gun lazily dangling from Mark's trained hand.
"Oh shit.", TRD mutters to himself, as he attempts to swing. Mark grabs the bat and flings it aside, and he grabs TRD's head in the traditional "seal-off-the-air" face hold. He points the gun to TRD's neck, ready to blast blood and gore all around the room..
...then he realizes what a <font color="aa0000">MESS</font> that would make! And all over the new carpet too! As steam cleaners are rather expensive to rent, Mark realizes that there really is such thing as overkill.
Smashing TRD's head against the wall with his left hand, and going through his well-stocked gun locker with his right, Mark finally finds what he's looking for, a simple, no-frills, silenced .22. As TRD's life is quashed out of existence, one of the more alert neighbors hears a slight pop and thinks someone broke a twig outside.
TRD's car is found some blocks away by police. They interview the neighborhood, but no one has any useful information. The only interesting things they find out are that one of the old ladies had a heart attack last week, the neighborhood is curiously devoid of squirrels, and that Mark's new fertilizer really makes for a good, green lawn.

Why not just try to beat Mark4 at a game of Starcraft. I could write a report on it like that one I did where you took on Johnny_Vegas. Just remember to "not attack Mark4 first", else the dread equation "TRD=dead" will become a reality!
