man, that sounds familiar. i just made 2 games and this guy joined both. also, i had a 2v2 turn into a 3v1. and i played a 2v1 where this guy kept on nuking cannons. weird, huh?

Good job smacking them around! :)

Question; if you stasis a ghost that is nuking, does the stasis stop the nuke?
#4 Spuzz (jfsn-02-38.dialup.netins.net)[7881]
Congtats on having the class to stick in the game, and face impossible odds. Those two sound like a couple of wankers. I bet they were embarrased to be unable to beat you in a double team! =)

OK, I also have a question: How in the hell are Corsairs going to beat Scouts? I always hear how Corsairs are so good, but they only have like 5 for an attack, and mine always get blown to hell just for showing up at the battlefield. Am I missing something?

At any rate, nice BR. It's refreshing to see one that actually has a point. There are too many BRs out here that are written about any old game someone played...while that's all fine and well, I guess, the ones that stick out with an interesting story or turn of events are the best BRs (to me).

Mikey, a nuke will not land if the ghost's "laser painting" is interrupted in any way, whether it is by death (the most frequently used method), stasis, maelstrom or otherwise.

Good job. Keep it up.

To Spuzz: He had like 18 corsairs to my 10 scouts or so and I think he had more upgrades. Corsairs have to have moderatly large numbers to be effective. And to everyone else who commented, thanks for the conmpliments.

I notice a whole bunch of people dcing out. It is really annoying especially when your mid-game and they are afraid of a loss. I wish there was a way to counter-act it.
#9 Biketurtle (pool0405.cvx11-bradley.dialup.earthlink.net)[8026]
Corsairs work better in numbers because they can splash apposed to Scouts who can only hit one target at a time...its better to have an army of corsairs opposing an army of scouts on island, but on land...it may or may not be as effective

Corsairs don't need to be in large numbers to be effective. They are actually more efficient in smaller groups. Little squads of 4-6 corsairs are perfect for overlord hunting, and similar sized groups can cover an entire island with d-webs. The only time you need corsairs en masse is if your opponent is going mass wraiths/mutas. Even then it is usually better to rely on goons and storm to overcome their greater numbers.

Good Job Doom! When i first started playin BW i lost 10 scouts to 8 corsairs on sherwood forest. :( Corsairs with Web have made protoss Awesome! Though i like mass scouts for quick expansion killing
