The battle between Ap_tatlks and Excalibur_z was on a map called dark temple. What it is a map just like lost temple, excpet on a darker tileset. It also has been edited so people can observe.
Ok the game started out with Ap_tatlks as zerg and Excalibur_z as terran. I play terran and i love terran so i did have a bais for who i wanted to win.
Ap was in the 3:00 position. And ex started at the 12.
Ap scouted out ex with his overlord. So the game starts with them both knowing each others race.
After seeing Ex's base Ap goes for an ealy expansion. Setting him ahead in the mineral race. while he is doing this, Ex makes a wall at the ramp, using a barrack, so he can open the "hatch" to get out. He now has three raxes pumping marines and medics. Finally, Ex sends his marines and medics to attack Ap(the reason i say finally is i can see the whole map and the zerg has no defense.
When Ex arrives at Ap's base, it seems like the game is over. Ap has two sunkens and is just starting two lurkers.
but for some odd reason, after the lurkers hatch and burrow, Excal will not scan, he loses most of his marines, but runs a few to Ap's main base. While this assault happens, Ap is starting another base in the 6'oclock
position.
After Ex's assault fails, he decides to make his first expansion. keep in mind that Ap has three expansions all ready.
Soon after this all happens, Ap sends a lurker to Ex's expansion, to waste comsats, then he drops two lurkers in the terran base. The survives, but is hurt bad. He soon begins repairs.
Directly after this assault Ap drops 4 overlords full of hydras in Ex's main. Which procede to end the game.
