Hey everyone, this is my first Battle Report, and I hope you enjoy it and get a good idea of what happened in the battle. I don't know much about graphics or HTML, but I will try and put some interesting screenshots and stuff.
Enjoy.

Game Info
Map : A River Runs Near it
Players : Me (NoNick2) Nod, Green, bottom center.
John1963, Nod, Purple, top right.
Starting Credits : 10000

Let the Battle Begin.

In all games I always say : " Recon is Everything " .
If he doesn't know anything about you, and you know something about him, you have a HUGE advantage.

So I figured that going for a fast Stealth Generator would be a great idea.
My Build Orders were :
Refinery, Hand of Nod, Power Plant, Radar, War Factory, Artillery, Advanced Power Plant, Tech Center, Advanced Power Plant, Laser, Stealth Generator + Harvester.
I was about to click on the Stealth Generator to build it when suddenly I heard something and I saw my Artillery firing, but I couldn't see the enemy units. Then I heard "I'm taking heavy fire", and knew that he was attacking with Infantry.

He got to my base after my Artillery managed to fire 4 or 5 times. He attacked with about 10 Disc Throwers, he destroyed my artillery quicly; I knew that only one laser and a Cyborg (My other units were scouting) couldn't kill about 8 Disc Throwers, so I quickly constructed another Laser to help killing the intruders. The Disc Throwers started attacking the Cyborg shortly after my Lasers were penetrating through their body armor.
His Disc Throwers quickly died, not before they left my Cyborg without any legs..
Then, after the short conflict, I constructed my Stealth Generator + Harvester.

I was kinda low in Tiberium so I clicked on the Stealth Generator to build it only after my Harvester was ready.
Finally, one of my scouting units found John1963's base.
He encountered 2 Refineries, 4 Lasers, 4 Power Plants, 2 Engineers, Hand of Nod, about 10 Light Infantry, 4 Rocket Infantry, 1 Attack Cycle and one Attack Buggy.
In my base I had a Radar, Tech Center, two Buggies, 2 Cyborgs, One brand new Artillery, War Factory, Hand of Nod, some light infantry, one rocket infantry, 1 Refinery and one Stealth Generator.

I was low on units and high on technology,
He was high on units and low on technology.
I saw him constructing a lot of Lasers; Careful guy..
I constructed two more Artilleries and one Sam site,
Just for the heck of it, I guess.
He now constructed a War Factory and a Radar, while setting up walls around his Construction Yard, while I started the construction of a third Harvester.

And then - I saw it - a Stealth Generator standing on the center of his base. This could only mean one thing -
LOW POWER.
This gave me a little advantage to know exactly where his Stealth Generator was. He then made a stupid mistake :
Instead of quickly turning some buildings off, he constructed one Advanced Power Plant, giving me time to set tactical spots on the map with the F11 and F12.
I didn't mark the Construction Yard on these, because I could see a square of walls shouting : "Here, the Construction Yard is between us, bomb here!"
Well, it wasn't exactly like that but you know what I meant.

While I was wondering where he could have his more important building, I heard " Construction Complete."
That was my brand new.. Missile Silo!
Haha, nothing can stop me now.

I fortified my base with some Lasers, one Obelisk of Light and 2 Artilleries; and now I had detection, provided by a loyal Mobile Sensor Array, that was standing right next to my Obelisk.
Then I saw something strange..
I saw a Mobile Construction Vehicle(MCV) coming out of his base. I didn't have Banshees or Harpies yet, so I sent a group of 2 Cyborgs and some Light Infantry to destroy it. Unfortunatly, he deployed the MCV and sent reinfoncements (A group of about 10 Light Infantry and about 5 Rocket Infantry, and 2 Buggies) to face my units, and quickly killed my little squad. I made one Subterranian APC loaded with one Engineer to capture the Construction Yard, and I did. The CY was mine and I sold it immediatly.

About three minutes after that, my Multi-Missile was ready!
I sent it a little above the CY and Kaboom! His Stealth Generator was no more.
I discovered about 5 Sam sites, and 4 Artilleries fortified with Infantry and a lot of Lasers.
By this time I had three Refineries with 4 Harvesters, and I had 6 Artilleries + 2 Obelisks + Infantry + Sams on defense.
Then I constructed a second Stealth Generator(On the other edge of the base) in order to build a sizable army of Banshees.
He then launched a Multi-Missile to the heart of my base, damaging my CY, Radar and a whole lot of power Plants.

While my CY was fairly damaged, he came in with one Banshee, in order to destroy it, but my 3 Sam Sites destroyed the Banshee without much trouble.
Then I fortified with 5 more SAMs, in case of Banshees.
Once again I've launched a Multi-Missile and almost destroyed a Stealth Generator, and I could see a wrecked Radar too.
I heard " Subterranian Unit Detected " and I started to panic. I had 2 Banshees at this point and I started to pave my base like crazy. A Mutant Hijacker popped out of the APC and went into one of my Harvesters. Damn! I ordered my Banshees to attack the Harverster but I could hardly damage it.. =(
He then flew over my base (..?) with his Banshees.
He just flew over, he didn't attack anything, my 7 SAMs destroyed all the Banshees but one.

Time passed without anythign interesting enough to post here.. I had my Temple of Nod.. My 5 Helipads with 5 Banshees..
Then I saw a crate near my Temple of Nod.
I said " I could use some money now!"
Well, it wasn't money. It was the worst possible thing :
Tiberium Clouds. They started spreading over my base, I had to sell my Temple and the clouds destroyed 1 Power Plant..
Bummer =(

But then, I got very, very lucky. I took a crate and now I could see the entire map! Hahaha!

I constructed one Mobile Sensor Array and 7 Stealth Tanks.
I wanted to see what he's up to.
I slowly advanced until I got to a spot where my instincts knew that there was something we're stepping on.
I deployed my MSA to find a Hand of Nod, Was Factory, 2 Obelisks, about 5 SAMs, 3 Artilleries and Refinery, all outside of his base.
Once again he hijacked one of my Harvesters but this time I could destroy it with my Banshees.
He Missiled me once again, this time destroying some Lasers, 1 Artillery, and 2 Helipads.. Ouchy.

I expanded to the bottom right corner of the map, because there was a lot of Tiberium there.
I made my MCV, drove it there, quickly built one Refinery and a Stealth Generatot.
I thought : " There, I'm safe. "
How wrong can a person be?
He captured my new CY somehow and started building Lasers and SAMs there.
But he didn't [couldn't] see the Stealth Generator and the Refinery; I went in with one APC + Engineer, and captured the CY back. I sold it and everything that I had there, except for one SAM. Of course I destroyed everything he had there too.
He was so stupid(No offence) that he thought I still had a base there and he wasted one Multi-Missile there.. Hehehe.

I striked a lot with Banshees and APCs, destroyed a lot of things, but I just couldn't go on and I surrendered.
I think I would have won but it would take me a whole lot of time and I just didn't wanna play anymore.

Elapsed Time : 1:25
Winner : John1963

Lessons Learned :
-Nod vs Nod battles are hard.
-If you're on low power, don't make Power Plants right away, just turn some buildings off and then make power plants, it saves a lot of time and nerves.
-If you need a fast anti-aircraft unit, Stealth Tanks are your thing.
-7 Artilleries just aren't enough.
-ALWAYS, ALWAYS defend your expansions heavily! Sometimes they're even more important than your main base because of the resources they bring in!

I really hope you've enjoyed my first Battle Report.
