Lifetime Rating for Slurgi: 4.4000 |  | As most of you know, Friends.Pud is a map where you start directly next to your ally, a lot of times a Huge all out Slugfest of grunts then Towers and tech and the end is D&D bombing of Peon lines and large armies of lvl 7 or 8 BLed ogres...but some games are just out of the usual way the game goes....

vs 1 orc and 1 human
we = 2 orc and top spot
Me and my ally as we were talking before our Halls finished Decided a good grunt rush could do some damage to the enemy economy and such. As we both started our builds, mine slightly ahead of his but he seemed a have a few more workers... everything was going great untill i hear that great message "Your town is under attack" i Immediately hit SpaceBar (aint that convienant about Bnet version) and i see a human tower bombing my farm in the back. I tell my ally and we Bumbrush strait up to stop it. Tons of grunts dieing and Explosions from the towers, little dead bodies litterd the battlefield, as the enemy had maybe 6 towers, we had around 20 grunts. We decided then and there to attack, We went in and slaughtered some Grunts and peons, but towers stoped us...
Now i knew, they were going defencive, what should i do against Defencive people?
1)Catapults
2)tech up to Death knights and bloodlust while they have little offencive power
I decided 2 was a better option, so i started a stronghold as my partner did also. I started my ogre mound and i hear battle noises...but i'm not sure from where, i hear Swords and troops dieing, i look at the minimap and i see it...my peon line! nooo!!! peon blood everywhere and decaying bodies which somehow deteriorated in about 5 seconds (had some damn strong bacteria back then) I fought it off with the few ogres i had, and instead of making more peons...i got fortress so i could get D&D...even if i did have only a few peons left.
my partner, whose peons survived had a good ogre army, but it was only level 3, and he still had a stronghold. He slammed into the side of the enemy base we hadn't attacked yet... HUGE success, all the ogres smashed enemy troops, and the enemy loses tons of peons before the ogres are taken down... i think, good, we can still win this! I see a castle and a fortres...but dont think a second thing of it!
untill...the Imbalanced horrible humans... cast invisible on 3 mages, then sent them in, they ALL blizzarded my fortres... it nearly died, then a second later another mage showed up, blizzarded it a few times and it died...i was screwed, this was up to my parntner, he STILL didn't upgrade or get a fortress so i thought it was gonna be over.
he had TONS of peons doing both gold and lumber now, and got a HUGE ogre army, this time level 5...then i hear the sound of a bloodlust...i look right under my allies ogres and i see them, tons of them, all with little dots of blood over their heads. A HUGE clash of armies happens, and Bloodlusted ogres own any ground troops, and my allies base falls. I see the Human enemy Fireball his allies Bloodlusted ogres killing our base and he kept losing them and i think he got pissed off cause the orc went off ally chat and TOTALY was pissed off!
i decided to escape with my last peon, making tons of Farms and walls, and even accomplished gettin into a NEW forested type area, take a look at this pic it's amazing :D.

i attempt to chop left and Build a wall there so i can hop to a new spot in the forest...but a mage shows up and kills me before i can ;(
