Lifetime Rating for omenofdarkness: 5.0000 |  | This report begins with me a little black peon in the lower right corner. I know this map well it is called center. It is my own. There are two ways to win kill one opponent and double team the other or take controll of the center.
I was the black orc in the lower right
My ally is a red human in the upper left
The enemy was a blue human in the upper right
The other enemy (the better one) is an orange orc in the lower left.
To the report
I begin with a standard nothing special build and i start with a few grunts which i use to search the map.
My ally was a little farther than i was so i sent my grunt to look around BUT some stupid footman killed him.
I told my ally to take the center and defend it while i tech up. I have to admit he took control of the game at this point. I just sat at home and made a booming economy while teching up.
An extremely boring part of the game happened now when a few attacks were sent against my ally (observed by my 7 zeppelins flying around telling me what was happening)i just sat back and made a good army while my ally (who i will pay tribute to because he kept the enemy at bay for a long time)
All right now i made three barracks in the center but as i had just finished the second rax 9 GRYPHONS AND 5 DRAGONS CAME and attacked my base i didnt have much for a air defence but some my ally learned of this and helped me out with some rangers which reinforced my axethrowers and the attack was thwarted.
My rax were pumping out ogre magi like no tomorrow and when i had 3 groups of 9 waiting i sent one to attack the orange orcs. Little did i know (mainly because someone destroyed most of my zeppelins) orange had at least 18 ogres attacking while the blue humans attacked as well. The ogres killed my lusted ogres with heavy losses and only managed to destroy a few farms before being crushed by my ally. the humans fell to my first 9 ogres who all died when I sent them into the enemy base but still did a little damage.
The Fall of the Blue
I made many more ogres and lusted 9 that i had waiting to attack blue. As with most of my ogres they were unlucky and died, but not before destroying blues economy. 9 more ogres and some of my dragons along with my allys footmen and paladins took out the blue base.
The seige of Orange
The orange player was very good with his ogres and used them well. It took a lot of my ogres, bloodlusted paladins, a few dks, and some sappers. And he still repelled the assault. I talked to my ally and we decided to wait him out. We kept up some weak pressure to keep him from doing much.
The Final Victory
We both decided to attack, I bloodlusted his troops and he healed mine during the battle. The skill of the Orange Orc was amazing he managed to repel the attack yet again but this time he had a lot of burning buildings and no more peons. His economy was flickering out. I attacked him before my ally got back on his feet and since his army was in shambles THE ORANGE ORC FINALLY FELL I used my surviving troops to raze his base and added a dragon for fun.
Congratulations Were Exchanged
This is something that never seems to happen anymore people usually get mad when they loose or gloat when they win. I had to congratulate all of the players for a well fought game and one of the best games ive ever played. Even the loosers were polite which surprised me.
comments and things i learned
1. Orange Orc was really good and i probably would have lost if it were a 1vs1 game
2. this was a really cool game
3. When both races combine forces it almost always makes it a great game.
4. People should use the battlereports.com chat more often.
5. Battlereports.com is really cool so please dont abandon it like some people do with their websites.
