I was hanging in NoHunters, trying to get a 1v1 going, and suddenly a guy named XXXX (i dont remember name) showed up and asked for a 1v1. "At last an opponent" I said to my self and accepted the challenge. (I humbly apologize for the lack of pics, since I am not sure I know how to post them. I will try to learn some HTML these days :) )

Map: Lost Temple
Ydraliskos (ME) : Picked Zerg 6:00
XXXX: Randomed Terran 9:00

Build orders:

I went pretty standard overlord at 8, hatcery at 12, pool at 14 and gas a little later.
He went double rax, but thats all my ovie got to see before I had to retreat him.

The Game:
I thought he would go M&M so I placed down another hatch, and started making lings. He attacked with about a control group of marines, but my lings, along with some reinforcements managed to hold. I sended some lings to scout at his base, a CC being built at his natural, no wallin, and a factory with machine shop at his main. Then a tank got out and blasted my ling into little chunky kibbles ;). I figured that if he made some tanks with marine support, my lings would have problems in the future, so I place down a Spire, and make some more lings for defense. I kept my lings at my natural. ( I didn't expand there because I was not so sure if I could defend and expand). I got attacked by (I think) a control group of marines, couple of medics, a firebat and a tank, but my lings were able to fend them off, and then my spire finished. I hatched 5 mutas and send them at my opponent along with a wave of zerglings, and start razing his base. He had no serious anti air, so he said "GG" and asked for a rematch.

Rematch: Lost Temple
Ydraliskos (ME): 3:00 picked Zerg
XXXX: 9:00 randomed zerg.

Build orders:
I did the same build order I done before, only that I made the 3 hatchery later, b/c I feared an early rush, and made some lings for defense.
I didn't knew anything about his build order except that he had lings (my scouting ling got killed by a bunch of em, poor little thing...)

The Game:
My overlord didnt found him at 12:00 and started the long journey across the map to 9:00. Halfway there he met with another ovie, and i decided to retreat my overlord back to my base. I placed a hydra den (figuring he might go mutas and lings), and made some hydras. Then I saw a bunch of 1- 1,5 control group of lings in front of my natural. I attacked them with about the same number of lings, only that I had 6 hydras helping. Then i placed a hatchery at my natural, and moved what was left of my ling, with 1 control group of hydras in his natural. I send a ling to see in, and behold, 5 mutas were hovering in front of a spire. I had some larvae morph to hydra's back home, and then moved for the kill. Just as I entered his base, the mutas were above my natural, taking shots at drones. Well, 4 hydras delayed them, and then he drawed them back to help defend his main. They weren't enough though, and my opponent said "GG" and asked for another rematch.

Map: Lost Temple
Ydraliskos(ME): 6:00 picked zerg
XXXX: 9:00 randomed toss

Build orders:
I did yet again the same build order, while he went (as my faithful ovie reported ;) double gateways.

The Game:
I made a sunken, for the extra defense, and hatched some lings. The first pair of zealots came right after, but they retreated, having 1 zealot killed. I figured then that hydras > zealots (well in most cases) and placed a den. My overlord also spotted a cy core, and retreated to my base just in time a dragoon was warping. I send 3 lings to scout his base, but they died to 3 cannons placed at the cliff. "Cannons at his choke, and early cy core, that smells reaver drop I thought" and upraded my hatch to a lair. After it finished I started working on overlord drop upgrades (speed, sacks), and placed a hatch at my natural. By that time I figured I should have some defenses at the back of my base, so I sent 3 hydras at the cliff edge next to my mineral line. Well, I was dead right, just as my hydras moved in position, a shuttle appeared, took some hits and backed off. "XXXX: Hacker!" appeared right next. Well, since I'm not a hacker, I offered to send him a screenshot, and even shared vision with him a little later. I have the screenshot here in the battlereport. Just as the last overlord upgrade finished, and i started loading my hydras, a force of a control group of goons, half a control group of zeals and 4 reavers knocked my door. Well, since I only had 2 control groups of hydralisk and 1 control group of zerglings, you can imagine the bloodbath that took place. I said "GG", but we didn't did a rematch cauz we were both tired.

This is my first battlereport so plz comment!!

Battle Shots!
