"Be like JV, and randomly misplace units all across the map. When your main is burning to the ground look around for anything you might have missed like those 5 science vessels you rallied to the other side of the map." - Johnny_Vegas

Wow, what luck I actually got to observe a game with soo many 'cool' people in it (^_^), and what a game it was. Probably the best game I've observed all week, and I'm here today (actually the following week) to share it with you, kek. Now be a good little boy and pay attention, or else big daddy'll have ta impliment some spankings, ya hear!?

The game started off with everybody randoming except for shockwave, who chose Terran as his race. As you can see from the pic above, there are two Terran and two Protoss, with the Terran's being postitioned by each other and the Toss's being positioned by each other, but unfortunately, there were no turbo-newbies on the Terran player's parts this game (danmit!).

Fox, knowing that Heavy Metal would be the best way to go against 2 Toss's and a Terran, starts out with a regular ol' wallin at his choke, then a Barracks and gas, followed by two Factories.
Slings, being the most risky of the bunch, goes with an early expand to his natural to get him ahead in the resource race... but wait, there's more! He then expands to his mineral only also, giving him two expansions total, but very little defence. He builds a Forge at his main and a Gateway at his mineral only.
shockwave had, by far, the most unique build order I've seen in a while. He starts out with a Wallin at his choke with a bunker, then he goes to the far ends of the map that you can reach by land, and starts work on two Command Center's that he soon floats over to each island. This gives him a huge lead in resources as he has more expansions than anyone else (once he takes his natural) and it's still early game.
King Lewis starts out with a one Gateway build and early gas, followed by a Cye Core, a typical build for Goons. But he decides to take it one step further and go straight for DT's, as you can see he puts down a Citadel of Adun, which will be followed up by a Templar Archives shortly after.

First blood came from Fox who decided to pester Slings a little bit by sending in some Vultures and Tanks. As you can see from the above pic Slings didn't have very much defences at his Mineral only at the time, but his 3 expansions giving him money allowed him to pump buildings out while Fox's tanks were still on the way (since vultures don't do that much damage to buildings). Once Fox's tanks did arrive they seiged up and started laying waste to Slings's expo with the help of mines to keep away the zealots. Slings, however, did eventually brake out of it with constant zealots pumping out of 3 newly built Gateways.

The next action came when King Lewis attacked Slings's mineral only with about 12 DT's. At this time the only detection Slings had was a few Cannon's, and only one of which being in range of the DT's as they attacked. However, King Lewis managed to destroy the cannon without losing any DT's, then chased away Slings's Zealots and started attacking his out-lying buildings.
Slings immediately started constuction of another cannon closer to the DT's, but still protected by the range of the other cannon. Once it warped in King Lewis retreated his DT's around to the other side of Slings's expo, and preceded to attack again.

However this time King Lewis's DT's weren't able to get to the cannon and were vanquished by Slings's Zealots.
Slings immediately counter attacked King Lewis by sending in his giant Zealot force.

However, because of Slings's recless disregard for Detection, and King Lewis's Gosu cannon skills, all of the Zealots lost their lives whil'est not doing very much damage.
The whole time the fight between Slings and King Lewis had been going on, Fox had been expanding and had now taken his Mineral Only and had a sizable force, as well as a crap load of mines laid all over the middle of the map. Also, Shockwave hadn't made a single offensive move towards any of the players up to this point. He had started building up his Gosu-like Battlecruiser fleet using the resources he was mining from both Island expansions.
With tensions building up between all of the players, King Lewis decides to attack Slings again, but this time, instead of a head on assualt, he dropped off 8 DT's behind Slings's base.
Unfortunately for Slings he didn't have much of any defence at his main, and it went up in a big puff of blue smoke. However, fortunately for Slings, only about a 1/2 of his tech tree was located at his main (the rest of it being at his Mineral only expo) so it wasn't too big of a loss.
There were a few little scurmishes between Fox and King Lewis. Fox had a large tank, vulture, and goliath army in the middle of the map, as well as a lot of mines around his forces, while King Lewis had a lot of DT's and Dragoons. King Lewis, after a few seconds of stand off, finally sent in his forces. Most of the DT's died to the mines, and then the tanks, then the goons didn't last very long, but just when Fox thought he was safe, here come shockwave's Battlecruiser fleet he'd been building up the whole game, right into Fox's Mineral only expo.
Fox didn't have that many goliaths at this time, since he mainly had tanks and vultures, so things weren't looking to happy for him. But obviously his gosu cheating skill'z scared away shockwave's Battlecruisers before they could destroy any more than Fox's Mineral only.
And while this was going on Slings's decided that it was payback time for King Lewis, and sent in a horde of Zealots, Goons, and even DT's. Unfortunately for King Lewis, this time he didn't have very many forces to fend off the attack after losing most of it fighting Fox.
However, even the small amount of DT's that King Lewis did have were enough to stop Slings, since Slings forgot detection again. (damnit slings!). King Lewis ended up only losing his mineral only and some buildings at his Natural.
Now another moment of silence came, as everybody was rebuilding from the previous attacks. Fox rebuild his mineral only expansion, and started to get a lot of Goliaths now that he knew shockwave's plans. shockwave, after his Battlecruiser's getting damaged from the previous attacks, was obviously repairing them, as well as buildling new one's and expanding to both his natural and his mineral only. King Lewis took the liberty of expanding to Slings's old main, which still had a good amount of minerals in it, while Slings kept building up ground forces but was obviously not going to win this =(.
The next action came when shockwave sent out his Battlecruiser fleet again, and again targetting Fox's forces in the middle.
However, this time Fox was prepared and had a sizable army of Goliaths, and managed to scare away shockwave's Battlecruisers once again.
After this Fox decided it was time to impliment a beat down on Slings and in doing so sent in a large Heavy Metal force to his expo.
The tanks and goliaths were able to out-wit the zealots and goons stationed at Slings's expo, and slowly started to eat away at the buildings while there was very little Slings could do at this point. His natural exansion was destroyed next and all he had left was 2 pylons and about 8 Darck Archons (woo, fun!)
Even though Slings was now an observer, having no buildings left 'cept two pylons, I could only imagine what evil plans he had in store with his Dark Archons, hmmm, mind control madness is what comes to mind I think.
Back on the other side of the map shockwave was now attacking King Lewis with his Battlecruiser fleet, cause Fox was too scary to attack.
King Lewis's goons, at first, look like they'll be able to hold off shockwave's Battlecruisers, but a couple drop ships fulls of tanks help in dispelling the goons, and soon King Lewis's main is nothing more than a big old pile of stinky sh-t <-- censored.
However, while shockwave is merrily leveling King Lewis's base, Fox then decides now would be a good time to attack shocewave's base. By now he has a crap load of Goliaths and tanks, and doesn't waste a second sending them right into shockwave's wallin at his choke.
Fox managed to quite easily break through the wall-in and level shockwave's base, since all of shockwave's Battlecruisers were away at King Lewis's base.
It was right about now that it was pretty obvious Fox was gonna be the winner or this ffa.
Anywho, Remember all those Dark Archons that Slings had? Well, unfortunately they never really got a chance to be annoying, as mr. greedy King Lewis killed Slings's last pylon with his remaining DT's.
Yes, that's right ladies and gentlemen, Elvis has left the building. We will all remember him for what he was, and there will always be a soft spot in our hearts for good ol' Slings. That is, until the next game, like 10 minutes later =D (kek!)
After this, everything is pretty much rapped up, shockwave tries several little attacks on Fox using his BC's, but ends up losing more and more each time, and with only two dried out expo's, this wouldnt last for long.
With this, shockwave conceds the game in defeat.
Well, that ends a 1 and a half weeks work of battlereport, I hope you enjoyed it and you might wanna cool off your modem after having loaded it. That is if your modem isn't already fried. thanks, come again

- Wow, my procrastination skill'z have reached an alltime high with this BR.
- The most gosu tactics (mass BC) don't always win ffa's.
- Goliaths and Tanks own.
- Use mines more often, they're K3WL!!!
- OK, DONE!
