This is one of the best games I ever played. Reason being that I almost got my but wooped but if it wouldn't have been for his incompetence he could have won. We were playing byways 4x. The game started in a 15 marine rush on my behalf but his defense was well established and my marines went like lambs to the slaughter. I was basically screwed. He was on the top left and I was on the top right. it was only a little while longer before he would discover where I was. so I tried pumping as many marines as possible. And at about my thrid marine he comes in with some marines and mows down my barracks. Now I knew I was toast I sent in all but 3 of my scv's. Not surprisingly, they took them out with "great speed". he started to attack my command center but instead sent the marines back a little ways so they wouldn't attack anything. This was my chance. If I could do something I had to do it know while he was being stupid. So I built another barracks and a lot more scv's. My vespene gas was still coming in so I knew I could use that if he would let me live for that long. right as my barracks went up he attacked again and destroyed it. then he went towards my gas collector thingy. I forget what that thing is called again. BUt as he did that I sent two scv's down to the bottom right. he didn't see me!!! I was jumping up and down for joy. If I could just build my base down there I could maybe beet him. So I built a barracks instead. All the while I'm still building more scv's. I build some supply depots and thne what do you know I convince him to put his vision on so I could see "How he beet me so fast." He agreed seeing though he "knew" He'd already won. I see a few maring scouts coming down to my bottom right hand base. I don't even have a command center built down there yet. So I take his five marines out with mine and build more marines. then he sends his other marines at the top right and destroys my bottom base. And as he does that I'm building anther barracks at the top right. so he goes and destroys my bottom right base and then he bring his troops back up to the top right. He leaves a hidden scv of mine alone at the bottom right and also leaves one marine down there just in case. He finds out once he gets back to his toying with me that I have already rebuilt my Gas thingy and another barracks. So as he destorys it I send another scv around the firing squad and into the top middle of the map. There's another place I forgot totally about. It was the section with the ramp. It had minerals and gas. So I sent an scv there and by then I had enough minerals to create another command center. I made one and then made a barracks and then I made a bunker at the top of the ramp. Meanwhile this guy still has his vision on. I geuss he forgot to turn it off. Then I packed the bunker full of marines and made a factory. But he already had one up and running. And he also had about three siege tanks. He destroyed my top right base and to his surprise I was still alive. He went on a frantic search and never found me. This bought me some time to make some siege tanks and a lot more marines. I saw him building up his marines and knew that he knew were I was. He sent one marine in and it got slaughtered. Now he knew where I was so he sent some forces just to the top left of my base. I sent some marines uot of my base and placed them in an ambush position. When he attacked I brought my marines in behind them and destroyed his marines. then I had to worry about his siege tanks. I placed my marines right next to the tanks and destroyed them with my use of the stim pack. After that happened I built up my siege tanks and destroyed him. this was the most exciting game I've ever played and my advice to you is to never underestimate your enemy. Good Hunting, ><> Bernard P. <>< * random paragraphs inserted by Mark4 cuz this shit hurt my eyes.
