After failing to eliminate the STD's from Tmac's penis (damn you Hepatitis C and The..Scarab), I decided to observe 2on2 games in nohunters. I was hopeful that I would find a good game to report. A 2on2 was organized between the teams of [PoS]radonn;;; and [PoS]alpha;;; vs. Basic and 1934. After watching the game, I still felt unfulfilled. Numerous failed attempts later, I gave up and observed two games between I8aKorean4Lunch and LoNg-TrEe.

Game 1: I make them play a non-temple map, Rivalry.

Initial builds:
I8aKorean4Lunch's initial build consisted of an overlord, hatchery in main, extractor, spawning pool, creep colony.
LoNg-TrEe's initial build consisted of and overlord, hatchery in main, spawning pool, extractor, hatchery at expansion.
Both competitors' first overlords are sent to the top-left starting position and their second overlords are sent to the bottom-right starting position. Meanwhile, a handful of zerglings on both sides are hatched. When the overlords meet each other, it prompts an odd response from I8aKorean4Lunch.

A scouting zergling from I8aKorean4Lunch discovers LoNg-TrEe's expansion attempt, but little else as it gets devoured by other cannibalistic zerglings. I8aKorean4Lunch erects a spire in his base after his Lair morphs. At this time, the suddenly loose LoNg-TrEe sends a control group of zerglings across the map to Korean's main.

By the time LoNg-TrEe's zerglings traverses the map, however, I8aKorean4lunch has not only a superior number of zerglings but a defensive sunken as well. Knowing that his zerglings won't do any damage, LoNg-TrEe retreats his zerglings back to his expansion after seeing a spire 2/3rds of the way completed
LoNg-TrEe responds to the mutalisk threat by starting a hydralisk den. Would he have enough anti-air by the time that I8aKorean4Lunch's mutalisks arrive? The spire and the den complete simultaneously. Creep colonies are erected around LoNg-TrEe's expansion (keep in mind, though, that he doesn't have an evolution chamber, yet). Tree hatches 2 hydras and starts to build an evolution chamber at the time that Korean hatches 5 mutalisks. Korean sends those and about 18 zerglings to LoNg-TrEe's expansion.
I8aKorean4Lunch's mutalisks arrive at Tree's expansion first and kill the 2 hydralisks and force LoNg-TrEe's zerglings there to retreat up the ramp and to morph the 2 colonies there to spore colonies. When the colonies complete, I8aKorean4Lunch sends his 18 zerglings into the expanion, killing the drones there and most of LoNg-TrEe's troops. The loss of econ proved to be too much of an obstacle for Tree to overcome.
I8aKorean4Lunch had the victory in hand at this point, since the last combat enabled him to expand unmolested to the top-left main while LoNg-TrEe struggled to rebuild his drone and troop count. I8aKorean4Lunch provided one more noteworty event, however. After LoNg-TrEe moved a control group of hydralisks to his natural, I8aKorean4Lunch moved a control group of speedlings past the defenders up the ramp. I8aKorean4Lunch's speedlings kill a good number of drones at LoNg-TrEe's main, and LoNg-TrEe reacts by moving his hydralisks to assist his drones at his main. I8aKorean4Lunch noticed this, and sent 2 speedlings to kill the spore colonies at LoNg-TrEe's expansion.
Good games were exchanged after I8aKorean4Lunch overpowered LoNg-TrEe with a combined zergling + mutalisk force.
Game time: 11 minutes, 39 seconds.
Game 2: 2001: A Lost Temple Odyssey

Both were up for a rematch. LoNg-TrEe creates on the Lost Temple (sorry, beyond my control).
I8aKorean4Lunch's initial build consisted of a pylon, gateway, pylon, assimilator, gateway, pylon, pylon, cybernetics core, forge, pylon, citadel of adun, templar archives, gateway.
LoNg-TrEe's initial build consisted of an Overlord, hatchery in base, spawning pool, extractor, 3rd hatchery at bottom of ramp, hydralisk den, 2 creep colonies at the 3rd hatchery.

LoNg-TrEe sends his overlord to 12 o' clock and then to 9 o' clock to find his enemy. I8aKorean4Lunch has a more adventurous time scouting. His 9th probe scouted 6 o' clock, then 9 o' clock. It almost blows up in a cloud of metallic shards after wandering into LoNg-TrEe's Drone line. The probe performs a pretty spin movee; however, and hovers through the attacking drones and escapes through the route behind the minerals. I can almost sense LoNg-TrEe breaking his mouse in despair.
I8aKorean4Lunch's zealots gather at his ramp, LoNg-TrEe fortifies his hatchery at the bottom of his ramp. The first real activity occurs when I8aKorean4Lunch's 5 zealots slaughter the scouting zergling at the bottom of his ramp. LoNg-TrEe morphs his 2 creep colonies by his third hatchery to sunkens, anticipating an attack. Instead of traversing the map, however, the zealots let another probe pass to scout LoNg-TrEe.
After the probe gets goosed by the newly formed sunkens, an interesting verbal exchange occurs between the two competitors.

LoNg-TrEe builds a fourth hatchery at his expansion. I8aKorean4Lunch moves his 10 zealots from the top of his ramp to where they can defend his first expansion at the 9 o' clock natural. Two High Templar are made to protect against the inevitable hydralisk harassment from LoNg-TrEe. One stays positioned at the top of the ramp and the other mingles with the zealots.
LoNg-TrEe's group of 14 hydralisks maul a scouting zealot outside his base and continue to I8aKorean4Lunch's expansion attempt.
These hydralisks clash with 8 zealots and two high templar outside the 9 o' clock natural. The 0/0 speedy hydralisks shot at the 0/0/1 speedy zealots and sidetracked. This continued until a storm finally hits the hydralisks. While all of this occured, LoNg-TrEe expanded to 12 o' clock's natural.

After the hydralisks were driven out, I8aKorean4Lunch creates a nexus at the mineral-only expansion outside 9 o' clock (perhaps anticipating that he'll have to to compete financially with LoNg-TrEe). He also warps in another gateway. One of LoNg-TrEe's hydralisks is there to notice the warping nexus.
LoNg-TrEe continues the economic warfare by creating another hatchery at the mineral-only expansion outside 3 o' clock. Eight newly hatched hydralisks move to harass I8aKorean4Lunch's newest expansion. The 4 high templar and 8 zealots prove that no amount of hydralisk dancing can defeat those numbers.
In the thirty quiet seconds of this game, LoNg-TrEe erects 2 evolution chambers to compete with I8aKorean4Lunch's upgrades, and I8aKorean4Lunch warps in another forge and gateway as his new base.
A scouting zealot discovers LoNg-TrEe's just formed mineral-only expansion outside of 3 o' clock, and I8aKorean4Lunch sends a contingent of 12 zealots and 4 high templar to eliminate it. 16 Hydralisks engage them. LoNg-TrEe had been doing a superlative job of controling his hydralisks at this point; however, he loses 7 of them to the first storm when a bout of lag hit. LoNg-TrEe recovers and, with reinforcement hydralisks, repels the attack after the zealots in the back ranks destroy the hatchery there.
During this battle I8aKorean4Lunch starts a nexus at the 6 o' clock main with a light cannon/pylon defence at the top of the 6 o' clock ramp. Hydralisks cut down 2 of the 4 retreating templar from the previous combat.

Twenty hydras attack I8aKorean4Lunch's mineral-only expansion outside of 9. They split up into two groups. Ten approach from the southeast and harass the templar and zealot defence while the other ten slither from the northeast and harass the buildings and mining probes. When I8aKorean4Lunch moved his troops to engage the hydras ariving from the north, LoNg-TrEe would pull the top group out and send the bottom group back to Korean's expansion.
Eventually, after much fierce micro, I8aKorean4Lunch finally puts down LoNg-TrEe's assault. LoNg-TrEe takes this opportunity to expand to 12 o' clock. At this point, I8aKorean4Lunch and LoNg-TrEe have been roughly equal in resources, something had to give soon. It turned out that I8aKorean4Lunch had one big, phat ace up his sleeve.

I noticed that I8aKorean4Lunch had a handful of dark templar available. He sends them out, and the group of 3 dark templar pass by the heavily guarded rebuilding 3 o' clock's mineral only and head toward LoNg-TrEe's newly created 12 o' clock expansion. The hydralisks manage to get a few shots in on them and try to pursue the infidels, but Tree's overlords are of the non-speedy variety. The dark templars cut down the zerg expansion at 12 o' clock as the hydralisks waiting on the ramp patiently wait for the overlords.
I8aKorean4Lunch anticipated this reaction, and sent a control group of zealots and 4 high templar to kill the (now) rebuilt 2nd natural at 3. Also, to make matters worse for LoNg-TrEe, the dark templar kill all of the hydralisks that were sent to kill them. The dark templar continue their reign of terror by killing drones and structures at 12's expansion (which does not have hydras handy). I8aKorean4Lunch's zealots and templar raze the mineral-only expansion at 3 and push on.

After I8aKorean4Lunch's troops destroy LoNg-TrEe's natural expansion, good games were exchanged.
Game time: 20 minutes, 48 seconds
Thank you I8aKorean4Lunch and LoNg-TrEe for allowing me to observe your games.

This is a CrackHeadJeb production.
