Sabotage Report #2

Hi. It's Sabotage again. January 31, about 8:00, my family was having a Chineese New Year celebration. I just locked myself in my room. Er, i think it is the year of the ram. I was exploring this website, and saw a channel called: clan ~nohunters. I went to the channel and saw about 10 people. I played a quick warmup ffa. When we got back to the channel, there were only a few left. I asked them if we could do a Lost Temple game for a report. They agreed, so, this is the game.

I asked Saddam something if he could be the comment person in my report . He said "okay, but first, lemme hide my toxic toilet paper from the inspectors".

THE TEAMS

. Once again, the map was lost temple.

Descriptions:

SailorUranus was a terran. He had his command center at the northern Lost Temple base. He was extremely agressive.

Decay_ was a zerg. He got the base at the right side of the map, also known as the eastern base. He got messed up in the beginning, so he couldn't do much.

Psionic.smurf was a protoss. Red protoss. He got the south base. He was fairly agressive. He stopped many of SailorUranus's attacks.

Tyrant.smurf He did well. Especially at the end. He didn't have much defence against SailorUranus's attacks though.

Beginning game

(we will call

Psionic.smurf 's team: Team 1, and the other team: Team 2.)

The game begins.

Decay_ sends his overlord to Psionic.smurf 's base. He sees that he is a protoss. Tyrant.smurf sends his overlord to SailorUranus's base. He sees that he is a terran. So both teams know that it is

protoss+zerg

v.s.

protoss+terran.

SailorUranus starts off with a barracks/depot wall. The wall is incomplete so far, but has an scv ready to make repairs if needed.

Tyrant.smurf takes a different pursuit. He quickly makes a second hatchery, no Spawning pool. He gets a good number of drones. His ally, Psionic.smurf, had just started a gateway. He sends a probe to scout Decay_ 's base. He sees that Decay_ already started an expansion. The hatchery just started. The probe ran right past the morphing hatchery, and harassed the zerg, by attacking, running, and coming back. It was very annoying, at did nothing.

After the harassment,

Psionic.smurf has 2 gateways. He starts zealots.

Tyrant.smurf has a nice amount of drones that are harvesting. He finally makes a spawning pool.

SailorUranus has a refinery, 2 barracks, 3 supply depot. The wall is complete. He has a nice scv count, and good money.

Decay_ , seeing the danger, finishes his sunken at his main, and starts one at the expansion.

Tyrant.smurf and Psionic.smurf are ready to attack. They choose Decay_ to attack because SailorUranus had an unbreachable wall. They attack full force.
The attack goes well for Psionic.smurf 's team. Especially when Tyrant.smurf creates sunken colonies out of the old creep.

One of

SailorUranus's marines led all the zerglings and zealots to Decay_ 's main base. The main base had several new sunkens, and shredded the lings, while the zealots, seeing the danger, walked to the ramp to watch.

SailorUranus kept trying to lead the zealots to the sunken colonies, but it didn't work.

back at home,

Psionic.smurf looks to advance, making a cybernetics core. It was a little late, but his team did well so far, so it was okay. His ally started an extractor.

the other team did further advancement.

SailorUranus started a comsat station, while his ally makes a lair.

a moment later, both zergs make a hydralisk den.

SailorUranus finally got medics for his marines, and Psionic.smurf , well, he, made a forge.

Tyrant.smurf , after the hydralisk den, makes a hatchery at Decay_ 's expo, so he is zerg and has no expo. That is the point when he gets really @#$%!ed up.

SailorUranus knows he has to take out someone or this will be a 2v1. Of course, why not attack the other zerg? tvp isn't as hard as p+zvt, so he sends a group of marines and medics to Tyrant.smurf 's base, seeing if he could kick some ass...

except his plans got messed up when

Psionic.smurf wastes his marines away with the awesome power of the zealot.
DAmn sandwhich got f up T.T .

So as you can see, the marines got crushed from both sides. During the battle,

Decay_ managed to launch an attack on the little base preventing him from getting an expo . He would have succeded, but the zealots crushed him. (by the way, Psionic.smurf has a citidel now :o) ).
After the attack against the foreign expo, SailorUranus sends in more m&m. they die quickly to zealots and lings from behind. Tyrant.smurf makes 2 sunken colony at the foreign expo just to ensure safety of his drones. (from now on we call the foreign expo, : THE AREA THAT IS SCARY).

Decay_ looks to take over THE AREA THAT IS SCARY for his usage, for he needs cash, and needs it fast. He upgrades lurkers, and unleashes them on THE AREA THAT IS SCARY. The lurkers had the limelight for about 30 seconds, because an overlord came, and zealots+dragoons poured into the scene.
RAPED. meanwhile, SailorUranus Starts producing again ;p. Back at THE AREA THAT IS SCARY, Tyrant.smurf makes a small wall of sunken colonies, while Psionic.smurf fills in the cracks with zealots. The wall is supposedly, "unbreachable".

SailorUranus produces 11 marines, 1 medic, and 4 siege tanks to break the wall. (from now on we will call the wall: TEH BARRIER) The terran force destroys the barrier with the help of a few Decay_ hydralisk. oh, i forgot. I dedicate this br to Mark4, because i read a few of his reports, and got inspired. for an hour. Cattlebruiser inspired the rest :) so i dedicate a little more to him, actually, both equal. ya.

Psionic.smurf now has a nice-ass templar archives and makes a dt. His ally expands to his expo, now that TEH BARRIER at THE PLACE IS IS SCARY was taken down. He has a spire now, he starts mutalisk.

ah crap. ok so

Psionic.smurf has 2 dt now, and sends them to THE AREA THAT IS SCARY. The dts see that they can take down everything that is there, so Tyrant.smurf has the mutalisk ready, and attacks. Psionic.smurf has a few zealots and the dts. They attack the hell out of Decay_ .
SailorUranus desperately makes a few marines to help him live. They destroy the zealots, but the mutalisk own them. kekeke.
SailorUranus has one hell of a trick up his sleeve. He got a giant army of 21 marines, and 2 tanks. the attack is massive. He reaches the base of Tyrant.smurf , except mutalisk and zealots come from everywhere. It is a spectacular battle though. SailorUranus earns the balls of steel award for this very battle. :p

btw, saddam said "Whoa!" but he got cut off. shit.

After this happy attack got butchered,

Tyrant.smurf wanted to attack. He sent the leftover mutalisk to SailorUranus's base to do some damage. 13 mutalisk in total. The marines engaged the mutalisk with stimpacks, and medics healing them. The marine bullets eventually drove the mutalisk away.

its about 15:00 now. We have the official "goings" finally!

Tyrant.smurf : mutalisk and zerglings (gonna change mutas)

Psionic.smurf : dark templar, zealot, (gonna add templar)

SailorUranus: m&m, Siege tanks.

So there is a period of silence.

SailorUranus is getting ready for the another attempt to take out Tyrant.smurf . The attack encounters zerglings on the way. The lings are not threat, because the marines killed them before they were scratched. This time, there are more siege tanks. However, zealots come from behind again TT.
(lil note: YES I GOT THE TABLE TO WORK! THIS ROX! NOW SOME IMAGES AIN'T CUT OFF!!! WOOOOT!) alight. Almost over. Psionic.smurf makes a nice reaver drop on SailorUranus's expansion minibase scvs. The reaver has 2 dark templars with it.
SailorUranus is preparing yet another attack against Tyrant.smurf . Well, Psionic.smurf has something in mind, and so does Tyrant.smurf , so sit back and see the rest of the report, in pictures.

So thats it. that was Sabotage report 2!

my personal thoughts are:

Decay_ was lazy, so he died. All the other times i played him, he was awesome, i guess not this time. ;p

I also think that

SailorUranus should have made some kind of air unit. He would have been more effective, but he still did good.
