This game is the best starcraft game i have EVER played. It had everything from danger of irradications to triple counter attacks. I will try to remember all that i can.
2v2 On Maulselum? (sp)
Ghost_(CoS) Protoss teal 12
Shintzel (***** or something like that) brown zerg 6
VS
Silver *** zerg blue 3
Lorak` zerg red 9
Started off innocently enough with my ally and i going for a double rush. Brown obviously expanded to his natural because when i sent a drone there to make a creep colony, he hand NO D. 3 drones started attackin the morphing sunken. Blue's zreglings hit him hard killing all the drones attacking my colony and proceeding to his mineral drones. My zerglings went strait for his pool. He queed up 5-6 eggs for zerglings. I microed my sunken to hit the eggs since sunkens seem to easily pierce the 10 armor. My sunken kill 1 egg and injured another. The zerglings came out and a nice batlle ensued. Blue had 3 zerglings left alive i and 1. At my home base i made another hatchery and a few sunkens. From his expansion (unknown to us at the time) came 6 zerglings and mopped up our attack force.
After Math
Browns main in ruins and my gas reserve never started. We still don't know what teal is up to. Blue teched to lurkers and took teal's expansion. I sent 12 more zerglings and finished off the remains of browns main, but teal sent down some goons*. Finnaly starting my gas, i had about 12 zerglings waiting for orders. Blue sent 4 lurkers to teal's main and succedded in killing of a few probes and delaying his economy, but Brown sent an overlord to his ally's base and the lurkers were dispatched. I made a hydra den, upgraded to a lair, and sent 12 zerglings at browns new main . With only 2 sunkens as D, 1 of which was morphing. I had no problem razing builings. Again teal had to intervene to save his ally's life. not before i killed everything but his hatchery.
The calm before the storm.
My partner and I teched like trekies at a convention. I went for Ultras, while he went hydras and lurkers, and later defilers. Teal attacked my base, with a lot of force. about 12 zealots and 6 goons. Upgraded quite a bit. My 3 sunkens and 24 zerglings fell but not after having 6 more zerglings save the day*. I made 4 more sunkens and started cranking some ultras. Blue expanded to his natural and i tried to expand to mine. Low and behold Brown was stealing my cash. An act like that cannot go unpunished!! Sending 24 cracklings and 12 hydras i dispathced his forces.
At exaclty the same time Teal was trying to take his natural from blue using psi-storm, goons and a horde of zealots.
I sent all i had to defend his expansion, since his defenses where taken down.*
The Revenge
I expanded to the top left corner. A surprise attack from brown was launched vs blue's natural. 24 hydras? and some zerglings attacked with full force. 1 misplaced darkswarm gave brown's hydras free cover. Blue's requested aid and i gave it to him, 6 ultras 12 cracklings and 12 hydras. Losing only 1 ultra and 4 cracklings, i felt his main was a bit undefended. I sent my force down there and attacked his base. 2 sunkens 12 hydras and some zerglings were releaved of duty. The expansion fell, but he was still not out. Teal had already recovered his expansion, and sent another horde of zealots, some goons, archons, and templar or two. needless to say my 24 cracklings fell. and my colonies did little to none. (damn those archons!) The infantry that destroyed browns main tried to come back and save the day, all for naught. I took 7 lurkers and 6 lings to finsih em off. Not before most of my base was half dead.
The End
Blue being broke, me only have a cavarn, den , and pool at my expansion, we knew the end was upon us. I dropped my last 6 ultras and 24 zerglings on his base, but those damn zealots wouldn't die. Blue was killed by brown's mutas and teal's zeals and goons. I was producing hydras by the sixes. I sent a drop to browns undefended main , but it was too late. The hydras i had at home were no match vs swarms of mutas and zealots.
Lessons learned:
1. Eradicate all infestations of the enemy until he is completely dead.
2. Again , i forgot to upgrade.
3. Storm regretfully owns Zerg :(.
