The villain:
Badzergguy, zerg (duh), 10 0 clock
I build a pylon on 8, scout with 10, run my probe (call'm kenny) through his base and around back, and leave him there. Hmmm. spawning pool building. I go triple gateway, get 8 zealots, and decide to attack him... maybe I can put him on the defensive.
By the time my force arrived on the scene at 10 o'clock, the guy had a second hatch up and was pumping hydras. hmmm. with evolution chambers. hmmm. 8 dead zealots. hmmm. (note: at this point, Kenny is still alive).
I send another peon while building a second force. I have kenny build a pylon and sheild battery, but my zealot/dragoon force dies before ever getting anywhere near it. (I guess an offensive battery was a sucky strat anyway:-{ ) Both kenny and the second peon are sitting, happy as clams, at BigBadZergGuy's 12 o clock natural.
Back at home, I am hesitant to go for dragoons, since they really don't counter hydras cost effectively. That besides, I already have the speed and attack upgrades for my young zealots, and A pretty hefty pile of minerals.
Of course, none of this changes the fact that BBZG is headed my way with at least 24 hydras, and my throwing units at him has only left me without any units. I can build an attack group of speedy zealots, but as I send them on their way, they run into the zerg version of a Kentucky NRA meeting: a group of hydras so huge it could make the 1998 US military budget look inadequete. Scratch yet ANOTHER attack force.
So now I've got three zealots, and they're still in training. I've got 500 in the bank. I've got... um.... Actually, that's about all I've got.I build a sheild battery. My zealots eat it to the rampaging horde before it warps in. down goes one gateway. Then my cy core. Then another. My peons (still happily mining) are beginning to question my master plan. I select them and run them past the hydras, cloning them to scatter to the far reaches of the board.
Suddenly, it hits me. I'll destroy the enemy horde with.... KENNY! of course! I click a few buttons, and Kenny starts buildng a nexus at the zerg natural. The peons, seeing this, start to form a union. They do not have to put up with these sort of working conditions.
While my base builds, I start playing "hide the pylon" with my other peons, except my version is "hide the nexus", trying desperately to get an expansion started that ISN'T doomed. Of course, every time I start warping, a couple hydras would find me. I'd let them beat on it a while and cancel. Repeat elsewhere.
In the meantime, of course, Kenny is mining his poor little doomed heart out. So where the 12 of his friends I have built. I put up a few pylons, and 3 gateways. The only tech I have is the zealot upgrades, so I start building zealots. I mean hey, they've worked so far, right? right? I get 8 zealots and decide I've got to go for it. If I let him tech to mutas, I'm dead.
With a battle cry of "Zerg stew, blue light special, aisle 6!", my 8 brave soldiers attack the base. Remember that unstoppable horde? Well, it split up to search for my expansion, and now return to defend the base two or three at a time. :)
Gosh, I love my job.
With the 16 back up zealots Kenny kindly trained for me, I raze the zerg base, and claim victory.
waitaminute!
I won? How the heck did I win?! what happened?
Lessons Learned:
Hide the nexus works better than hide the pylon. You wouldn't think so, but it does.
Next time you have a citadel against zerg, build a templar archives. geez!
When you absolutely know the enemy has lost, you are in danger. Don't quit punching those production keys until the stat screen comes up!
If you thought a probe named "kenny" was going to die, you really need to watch less TV.

This isn't working out quite like I planned....
 Rome is burning!
Union representitives doubt my master plan.
