BATTLE COMMENCES:
Well me being so rusty at first I did a really gay build, 8th depot, 9th rax, refinery, rax, acad. I forgot a depot there and was cussing myself out for a while. He scouted me early when I had 0 marines, I in turn found him late when he had 3 zealots blocking his ramp so deion bit it right there=[
FIRST CONTACT:
After doing that really bad build I finally recovered and got back on track, I comsatted him and saw that he had archives and robo fac with support bay warping in. I had a turret at my choke with a bunch of bat/rine/meds guarding the ramp when he dropped DT/zealots on me, after some peon runnings and losing my academy and starport as well as comsat I finally got rid of the problem and then he droopped a reaver with zealots, I lost my tank but finished off the bastards.
WRAITH HARASS:
I rebuilt my starport and made a wraith to scout out the island exps, and yep he had one at the upper left, I killed 3 probes and damaged the nexus a little when he dropped 3 shuttles worth of stuff on me, I fended them off pretty well using dmatrix on my tanx and M&Ms a lot. I already had my gimme running well and was getting expansion at the 3 o'clock position.
GOONS,GOONS,GOONS AND SOME MORE GOONS:
I got things running rather well when he hits me with mucho goons, I lose a bunker and a turret but fend them off, he keeps pouring goons into my gimme eventually killing it. He also hits my 3 spot exp a lot but I got 2 bunkers and some M&M/SVs there so he doesn't stand a chance.
LOSING THE MAIN:
That guy is good at making a crapload of goons/zealots and I think he had like 6 gates at his main, he keeps on hitting me after a while he finally takes my main, I lose my starport and sci fac but manage to float most of my raxes and facs away to my expansion. I got 2 floating CCs, I try taking the islands but he keeps killing them, at that point I thought I was a goner, I had only my exp while he had his main and 2 exps, at his gimme and the island.
ITS ALL ABOUT THE INFANTRY:
Well losing my main and my gimme really didn't help and he just kept on coming in with more and more and more troops but stimmed 3/2 rines and meds along with some dmatrix and tank action held him off.
THE PUSH:
After killing off one of his big attacks, I know he doesn't have much troops so I push his gimme exp, I take it out and get into his main but there dweb and goons/storm end it, but its ok cuz now we're even, he got a mined out island and a dry main, I got my 3o'clock with some minerals still left. Seeing that he's rather weak now I take the 3 spot's gimme, he tries attacking but I got waaay too many M&Ms and tanx for his goons/zeals to handle.
GG MAN:
I decide to end the game now since I feel like I got the upper hand. I take all I got down to his main, I kill his expansion attempts at his mineral gimme and 9o'clock and procede to bast his raze his main, he conceides with a gg.
LESSONS LEARNED:
-When you feel that you're losing attack.
-M&Ms>goons
-Dmatrix ownz, its saved me a buncha times.
-I'm a litle rusty but still own=]
