(Part One of Sixty Two Million)
Each player started off with rather conventional strategies,
such as mining minerals and then expanding on 9. Actually, Mogalin (Logged on as
Mog_The_Newt, to taunt Bob_The_Newt who was also observing, and was logged in as
Bo[B]_The_Newt) was the first to expand, to his natural expansion at about the same time
his first barracks completed. Zerg, instead of expanding first, which is very
conventional, decided to build a hatchery at his choke point, where he later constructed 3
sunken colonies.
-=~Kadabra~=- now pronounced that he was going to play like a total
newbie would, except with upgrades. He immediately teched to battlecruisers and was not
heard of for a while.
Protoss was an expansion freak, and started a pylon at his
expansion before his first gateway was even 50% completed.
When his command center finished at his expansion,
Mogalin started up 3 factories almost simultaneously, followed by 3 bunkers at each of his
chokes, and another command center on his platuea.
Zerg now had an adequte defense, but why? The world may
never know... He continued to make hydralisks, and zerglings, before finally expanding.

Back to Mogalin, he was now floating 2 command centers, one
to the gas expansion nearest him, and the other to the expansion between himself and zerg.
Luckily for zerg, an overlord just happened to be passing down to scout out brown's
natural (Which now had 4 factories and a starport) which dispatched several hydralisks and
zerglings to destroy the mining camp before it got online.
DoomDragon was apparently in love with zealots, so much
in love that he had made way to many to make battle with the 7 vultures hitting on the
expansion that he was currently warping in, but definately enough of them to try. He was
able to foce the vultures back to the gas expansion that they came from, and lay a huge
mine field, but almost half of them were killed in the process.

Immediately afterwards, the same zerglings and
hydralisks that terrorized brown's last expansion decided to pay him a visit, losing very
few warriors in the process of the destroying the base and the mines in front. Wanting to
be totally annoying, both Mogalin and Kadabra had put up starports and had 4 and 6
battlecruisers respectively. Where they came from, or why? The world may never know...But
Kadabra had thus far shown no signs of expanding, and wasn't building a command center to
float.
While the terran expansion was a fun toy to play with,
DoomDragon's gas only expansion was now online, and zerg just didn't agree with that. He
attacked with all his hydralisks and zerglings, but the 0/0/1 zealots and dragoons held
ground.
Overview of
the situation
As of now, Kadabra's main has just run dry, and he has all of his
SCV's with 10 battlecruisers at the expansion between himself and zerg. DoomDragon is
doing fine, with his mineral only just now running out, and he's preparing to expand to
the spot between himself and Mogalin, and perhaps take out mogalin alltogether. Little
does he know, Mogalin has had 4 starports cranking battlecruisers, and they totally own
the probes that DoomDragon sends to the expansion to start a nexus and cannons. Drefsab is
in a terrible shape, even though he hasn't been attacked yet, he's been treating the
entire game like 3 1v1's. He also has about 50 zerglings heading towards mogalins
expansion that is very well defended.
When brown's battlecruisers arrived at
the scene of protoss's natural, they were not greated with offerings of tea and
crumpets, but rather psionic waves of energy and balls of Dragoon spit. Since protoss had
over compensated for the earlier display of vulture > zealot, he had goon mass dragoons
dispite the fact that almost everything zerg makes counters it, and terran with vultures
in FFA is bound to have tanks soon, he was able to thwart the Battlecruisers with minimal
losses. In a counter attack, 12 dragoons and 3 templar destroyed the expansion between
Mogalin and himself for his own selfish purposes.
On the other side of the map, 6 overlords packed
tightly with hydralisks and zerglings floated past Kadabras expansino, right on top of a
turret firing into the think hide of the overlord. 12 3/3 battlecruisers showed up
immediately afterwards, making the turret the only loss.
Many hydralisks were on the map, but they failed to
chose one opponent and stick with it. Now they were invading brown's expansion (between
himself and mogalin) Fortunately 4 tanks and 3 vultures were stationed there, and
took care of the hydralisks before the Command Center was destroyed.

Poor Mogalin, now there were 10 Dark Templar heading
out to his gas only expansion! Can't he ever cut a break? Looks like he's going to have to
take a trip to McDonalds before he gets anything like that. Since it was on the other
side, and the Dark Templar had served their purpose, the 10 Dark Templar stormed, well,
walked at a normal pace, into the Zerg Natural expansion, which was just now mining out,
signaling Drefsab's upcoming defeat.
If that wasn't bad enough for Drefsab, 12 3/3
battlecrusiers, along with 8 Science Vessels chose Drefsab as their first target. Before
they could do anything much, Drefsab surrendered, and I gave him permission to slip into
the Observer role from this point forth.
Mogalin was enraged by DoomDragon's plans, which
involved Missionaries in a dropship "persuading" SCV's to join the protoss
cause! 1 scv made off in a Shuttle while the Dark Archon and an acompyining Dragoon stayed
to hit on Supply Depots unmolested. DoomDragon started producing the entire Tech Tree of
the terrans, even though thus far he hadn't even made a stargate. Too bad he doesn't get
to strut his terran stuff in this part, nor do I even know if he will in the second part!
(It's not over yet!)
Mogalin sent several Science Vessels to the choke point
between his and DoomDragon's gas expansions (Back online again!) Once there, he found just
what he wanted. Dragon's unused Zealots sitting about doing nothing but discussing todays
issue of the Pylon Steet Journal. He irradiated all of them.
Kadabra, who turtled like a gay newbie and came out
when he had 12 2/2 bc, was in a serious position to put the hurt on everyone right now. He
d-matrixed serveral of his battlecrusiers, emp'd templar at the gas expansion, and
attacked! It was a long, hard fought battle. 30+ 3/3/3 dragoons were lost, 3 templar and 2
DarkArchons also. 2 D-Matrixed BattleCruisers remained when 8 dragoons came in. The
battlecruisers, with less than 100 hp a piece, turned around and fled towards their main

The dragoons, however, discovered that Kadabra was
mining from his natural finally, and easy put it to a stop. But whats this? 20 Tanks from
mogalin are firing upon DoomDragons natural! Things aren't very good, but turning around
and heading back to deal with the tanks could give -=~Kadabra~=- the needed time to
rejuvinate his force of battlecruisers and get his expansion back online. However, if he
doesn't turn back, the forces at his main might not be enough to hold off the tanks at the
bridge! What will happen next? Find out (Along with myself) as soon as these fools
get around to playing it! (They're not fools)

Note: These stats do NOT include DoomDragons stats, as I forgot to get them when the game
ended, and only got the ones from these guys later. Sorry.
