Newbie starts on the Southwest plateau and ends up with zerg. He sends his overlord to the plateau to the west of him hoping to find his opponent. He decides to build an overlord on his 9th drone instead of the average spawing pool on the ninth.
Mean while Fishy is set up at the Northwest plateau and randoms out as Protoss. He decides to try find his oppenent as soon as possible by sending his 7 probe to scout and waiting till the 8th to build a pylon. However when his pylon is finsished he starts to warp in a assilanater instead of a gateway in order to get early gas.
Newbie starts to build a Spawing pool just before his 2nd overlord finishes which he quiclkly sends out to scout.
Fishy starts to warp in 2 gateways while Newbie is getting ready to build a sunkin when the pool finishes.
A zealot rushes out of one of the 2 of Fishy's gateways but no more follow it due to a needed pylon which he only had one of.
Newbie is on the edge of his seat for the moment to come where he has enough gas to get a lair. And Fishy finally starts to morph in a 2nd pylon and a cyberneticore.
Newbie is frequently scouting Fishy but Fishy doesent seem to be scouting very much (this could leed to a downfall of Fishy'es kingdom)
With 2 hatchuries now and plenty of gas Newbie knows exactly what he wants Mutas!!!!! He quickly morphes in a spire as his lair completes evoulving.
With all the extra gas Fishy has from an early assilanater and seeing his opponent is playing zerg he thinks a reaver drop would work just fine and starts to warp in a robotics.
Newbie has been saving up larvey waiting for the moment when his spire completes.
This could be bad for Fishy because he has only 3 goons at this point and 6-7 zealots which are usless vs air units.
Finally Newbie's spire finishes and he builds up a force of 7 mutas and hurredly sends them to attack Fishies base.
Fishy has now got a shuttle awaiting on reavers, but it is no use a group of 7 mutas appear behind his mineral line. Within seconds his probes are all eliminated. The 3 goons have been crushed by Newbie's 7 Mutas all indivudally attacking 1 goon at a time which proves to be a good techniqe.
With angry mutas tearing away at his base and no funds to support reanforcements Fishy soon reseigns the game. |
