T|ME(@)~O & Greasy(@)~O vs Mowbli_Ox & Jinmaster
T|ME(@)~O : terran 9:00
Greasy(@)~O:protoss 3:00
Mowbli_Ox : terran 6:00
Jinmaster: terran 12:00
It all started out with me going deep six. I did the usual deep six build( 8rax 9depot 10 rax,11gas, and then onto factories) Greasy went 4 gate like he usually does. He is very good at macro. I scouted Jinmaster and saw that he hadn't blocked his choke when going heavymetal. Big mistake!
I had about 5 marines and 3 medics. After seeing that Mowbli had gone and blocked his choke for his heavy metal, greasy and I setoff and we proceeded to attack Jinmaster and destroy his main at 12:00. This gave us time to spare, so I now built a starport, 2 armories, and a research center. Greasy added 3 more gateways and tech and an expansion. I then got 6 ghosts and dropped them off at the upper left island and nuked what was left of Jinmaster's base. Soon after this Jinmaster left the game and Greasy proceeded to expand to 12:00 position. In the meantime, Mowbli being the awesome player he is, built a force of 13 wriaths and expanded to the bottom left island and also took Greasy's natural with tanks on his cliff. I then built up wriahts and took back the cliff that Greasy had just lost to Mowbli's small containment force. Soon I expanded to Mowbli's natural after I proceeded and destroyed his main. I expanded upon his natural and build another nuclear silo. Mowbli then brough 8 bc's and tried to attack me. I had 7 ghosts which locked down all but one bc, and Greasys corsairs he had been pumping from his 4 starports all this time killed off 3. Then game then went back and forth between us trying to finish Mowbli off. The entire time we were taking over the map and building up an impressive air force of 25 wraiths with 1/1 upgrade and numerous drop ships with tanks and scv's in order to take this turtled island. Once Greasy had 7 shuttles with speed upgrade, and filled them with goons, we dropped at the same time and finally finished Mowbli_Ox off. Since he was such a good player, and also his partner Jinmaster was taken out of the game early by our zealot/marine/med combo, we then allied him and just went along with the gg stuff all of us starcraft people do.. Thats about it, plz feel free to comment on my first br.
Lessons Learned:
1. Heartcutter's strategies will help you win.
2. Ghosts can turn a annoying situation like and island base, into nothing more than rubble and no worries.
3. A partner that can mass like Greasy is worth more than 2 terran Bc's after 15 minutes into the game.
(whatever that means)
4. I need to learn how to add screenshots and use color. Maybe even get adobe photoshop 4.0
5. The last and most important lesson learned. channel clan teamrolex is where we hang and recruit, stop by anytime. Also check out my workplace at terragaming.com
