Hello, I am Jamellan who has done the task of submitting slings' report for him. I would like to take this time to point out that I have contributed to this br with an intro pic and short mp3 file for you all to listen to and enjoy, unless I'm retarted and it sucks ass.......damn! Anyway, onto the story!!!!!!!!

Yes folk, yet another Mech Warrior 4 report from the drug nazi. More's the
pity I haven't a real mech to take down to columbia ^o^ muahahaha

A short fan fic

Lush jungles surrounded the drug plantation. The mechs had no trouble plowing
a path through the foliage though and the massive trees were tall enough to
screen their approach and even matched their specialized jungle camouflage to
help in avoiding air born discovery.

NoHunters Lance had all turned off their active radar to further their
stealth. WaxAngel and King [LRS-13] had been sent to circle around to the
far side of the plantation. Wax drove a long range missile mech and King had
a heavier closer range mech to provide support for him. Wax would launch his
missiles at the helipad and barracks of the little compound in the center of
the plantation, hopefully crippling the defenses in one blow.

To my right was Krebster, a reformed man who had joined Nohunters Lance as
much for the money as anything else. But then, it didn't really matter why he
was here as long as he kept his one hundred ton Atlas in front of my 30 ton
cougar equiped with only 10 machine gun arrays. My speedy little mech was
made for... well... not for mech to mech combat... more for "crowd control"
on the unruly criminals who defended the plantation. The Columbian government
had paid good for this job, they wanted an example made and photoes taken.

To my left ProtectorOfAiur had equipped his mech with antiaircraft
capabilities in the form of missiles and an extensive amount of extended
range pulse lasers. Our intelligence told us that the network of plantations
our target was a member of controlledaround 15 gunship helicoptors at a
remote location which they scrambled to cover any of their plantations in the
network.

I thumbed my mic, Krebs, Wax - go ahead. careful of the peasants and farm
workers, only the main house and combatants are targets. I saw the flares of
Wax's missiles launching from across the open space in the forest where the
plantation stood at the same time I heard the shattering roar of KRebs Long
Tom artillery fire. The shell arched up into the air before landing in the
middle of a palacial home situated in the center of the plantation.

turning my scope on, I started clicking pictures of the shattered house's
remains, then turned to capture the barracks and the helipad on film as well.
Then I kicked my speedy little mech into top gear, being careful not to step
on any of the little farm workers I quickly buzzed to a guard station which
was emptying like an anthill. Little men, armed with ak-47s and various other
assault weaponry, even an old school antitank handheld was in the mix.

No matter, I thumbed the button to fire all 10 of my machine gun arrays, and
the chatter of fourty guns opened up as I barreled down on them at 125 kph. I
clicked a few pics of that too. On the other side King apparently hadn't felt
like mopping up individual targets, he had fused the other guard house into a
solid lump of molten brick. Apparently anyone who had escaped had been too
close to the massive heat of the laser fire. Hey, that'd make a great
propaganda pic for the Columbian government.

I imagined the headline "Hey look, we're winning!" and then a pic of a molten
building glowing, surrounded by fields of drugs. I got shivers.

Then the whump whump whump became audible. My radar painted nineteen airborne
targets fanned out and closing fast. I spun my mech around to face them, pshh
gun boat helicopters, even my high caliber machine guns could frag some of
these. Yep, 15 gun boats. And what were the rest? My target recognition was
churning. Oh hey, 4 aerospace fighter bombers were traveling quite high above
the helicopters to keep from knocking them out of the sky with the sonic boom
their intense speed created. Oh fuck. I saw a blossom of firetrails leave the
four fighterbombers, but it was quickly obscured by nine of the helicopters
being engulfed in flame. Obviously POA was toying with his multiple target
locking missile system.

I thumbed my long range comm button, calling up to our drop ship in orbit.
SixtyWatz, Jamellan, and SqueakyMonkey were all chilling their lazy asses in
their comfy flight deck, just in case we needed support. I might;ve been a
little load when I was patched through to their intercom. I heard Watz cuss a
few times about his ears. I couldn't help it though, I was filling a
helicopter with 40 machine guns worth of bullets. It was loud, I certainly
wasn't nervous, just talking over it.

"GET DOWN HERE$TE@#($_^%)#$%^_^$(_%$^(0656-069-406 4 incoming fighter bombers"
More cussing from watz, a strangled sound from monkey,Jam mumbled about
finishing his comic. But it was the fast movements of their feet across the
room that I listened for before I closed the connection.

The helicopters were gone now, and wax and POA were lobbing missile salvoes
at the fighter bombers as they came around for their next pass. Krebs' big
Atlas had lost an arm and a whole hell of a lot of armor from the missile
impacts, and POA didn't have a laser system on his mech anymore. I quickly
hid my mech behind the massive armor of Krebs. I would blow in one pop from
that kind of firepower, and I had no desire to eject into an area full of
unfriendlies with assault rifles.

The Next salvo did bring one of the aerospace planes down with our
concetrated fire. But POA was dangerously low on missiles now, and Krebs was
no longer the best thing to hide behind. King and Wax had only taken some
secondary fire as the bombers pulled up so far, but they were beign harrassed
by some track vehicles which were apparently concealed in the jungle making
them hard to hit.

Then our lazy ass pilots decided to show up, bearing down on the enemy
fighters from above they vaped two simply because of the angle of their
approach (out of the sun). The last fled, and I took pictures of our boys in
pursuit. Oooh, I love making money. The Drop ship came down to collect us and
we made confirmation of our increased bankroll via satellite connection to
our swedish bank. We find the swiss too sleazy to deal with, so we use
SCV~007's own special anonymous underworld bank. Very fine operation. We had
come out ahead, even after repairing the mechs. A fine day's business.

Hi, this is Jamellan again. This next bit of text was taken out of the final version because I didn't have enuff money to bribe slings to put it in.........

A fine day's business, and Jamellan got laid constantly.
