Hello.
This will be my first StarCraft report. You never thought that
I would go here, eh? Me neither.I hope this aint too big. Well
anyway this will be a test of some of my mad skills : D.
Anyway I don't think I need to tell you guys what Starcraft is…
It's a game with shitty graphics, but very good game play and
balance. If you like this report I will keep doing SC reports
until I get tired or I die. Here we go with my SC report:
A day ago
I started playing SC just so I didn't feel guilty of wasting
20 bucks. I started playing Zerg vs. the computer and, as usual,
I lost. But after playing for a while I kind of got the hang
of things. Although I still wasn't able to be the computer I
was surviving for more and more time. I thought to myself "Hmmm,
maybe I should kill a human". After reading Prima`s guide
to SC I felt confident to win.
I logged on to Battle.net and started looking for games to play,
and then I found the perfect proving ground: A game called 1vs1
newbies. I went in and took this screen shot:
I know
what you are looking at… The Lost Temple? You guys might
be sick of it but this is my first time playing on it. Ender101
was my opponent; I was thinking, "Hmmm, Is this guy a n00b?"
The game started.
In
The Beginning...
I came
into the Southwest corner as red Zerg while Ender went to Northeast
corner as Grey Terran. We both started to get on the good foot
and do the bad thing (Mining). I was obviously going to do a
Mass Zerg/Hydra rush; While Ender was walling himself in. I was
building up my military fast while Ender was booming. I first
built a spawning pool, then an extractor, an evolution chamber,
and finally a Hydralisk Den. While
Ender built a supply depot, barracks, and a refinery.
Ender then
started to scout, and he found my base. I quickly gathered the
2 zerglings that raped the SCV scout and started to scout also.
I found his wall of buildings at the cost of one zergling. I
prepared my Zerg/Hydra force to finish Ender off, while he quickly
sneaked 3 SCV`s to his natural, the north central expansion,
and the southeast expansion which was across the ridge next to
me. I gathered my force and prepared for an attack.
The
Battle For The Terran Ramp
The drums of war started to beat as my Zergling/Hydra force started
to march towards the Terran base. I was hoping for a surprise
attack but that was dashed when another scouting SCV came by
my troops. I knew I lost the element of surprise, But I still
needed to stop him from becoming a threat to the Zerg Race. The
force raced to the ramp where Bunkers, Marines, and tanks eagerly
awaited me. As my army quickly got to the ramp the sound of death
was everywhere. My forces quickly got slaughtered.
Expansion...
After the battle for the terran ramp we both started to go for
the economic advantage. Ender started to build 2 expansions while
I only had one, but I had about 700 resources accumulated while
I was looking at the battle. I started to again build up a force
of Zerg/Hydras and Mutalisks. I was hoping he didn't have any
aircraft or anti-aircraft things yet.

Build up and Scout...
I quickly got a force together and started gathering them up
in the middle up the map. I got 1 Mutalisk to scout Enders natural
to see what he had there. I saw his SCv/resource line completely
undefended. I was hoping for that Ender didn't see my mutalisk
on his screen because I needed a surprise attack. Meanwhile Ender
built another expansion near my base.

I made an attack on him, which was a complete failure, and I
am gathering a strong force of Zerg/Hydr/Mutalisk in the middle
of the map and also a small mutalisk force to raid "THE
LINE".
"The
Raid"
I got the force of mutalisks together, and rushed them into "THE
LINE". I was surprised that he wasn't surprised, he built
on Turret near "THE LINE" but it was too far away to
make much of a difference. I raped all SCVs that were mining
and quickly ran away because Ender was building a lot of turrets
in the area. I was thinking I crippled some of his economy...
Catching
up... And "The Raid" part II
I knew I might have been a little slow in the economic world
so I got one drone to the CenteralWest expansion. After I lost
2 or so Mutalisks I flew in for another raid on "THE LINE".
This time Ender was prepared. My mutas got shot down while taking
some SCVs with them.
Battle
for the Natural Expansion
I got my army of Zerg/Hydr/Mutalisks and raced for the expansion
they quickly took care of 2 barracks that were blocking the Tanks.
I dispatched 3 of the tanks and 2 of the bunkers and 4 marines,
but I was still receiving fire from the top of the Ramp where
his main base was. All my forces died.
The
Gathering
After another failed attack I started to tech. I was planning
a very complex attack on the natural expansion. There would be
a Zergling drop on the SCV line in the expansion to cause some
confusion inside the base and attack with my main Zerg/Hydra/Muta/Ultalisks
force from the front. Again I started to gather in the center
of the map for the attack and started to load 2 overlords with
my force of zerglings.
Battle
for the Natural Expansion part II
When my overlords got to the gathering point for the zergling
drop I started to sweat like a monkey. But then I mustered all
the dignity I had left in my and started the attack. The Zergling
drop was perfect. I tore some of his base up from the inside.
Now it was time for the main attack. As I headed down the main
corridor to the expansion. A group of wrathies and Battle cruisers
started to attack my forces. I said"OH SH*T!!!" but
I did not call of the attack. I still had a chance at destroying
his Damn Expansion which would open his main to an attack I lost
some of my forces to the air units Ender had while I lost the
others to tanks bunkers and marines.
Tense
Situation...
After that battle gone horribly, horribly wrong I started to
select some larva to build some scourges. It said, "need
more overlords". I quickly remembered those overlords I
lost in the last battle. I was pissed, but I was even more pissed
when all of his Battle Cruisers attacked my expansion. I said
GG and left...
I would
show you the end Statistics but it is too embarrassing for me.
Sorry but no Flaming at the end of this report. I don't have
